When I went in a bit ago I was greeted nicely by a waitress at the front I didn’t have enough cash for 2 teas when I was already there I realized I didn’t bring enough money then the cashier payed off one of my teas

This McDonald's needs to officially remove all their ice cream products from the menu. If you have a sweet tooth, don’t bother coming here. Their ice cream machine seems to be down every time I try to order a shake, sundae, cone, or McFlurry. These items simply don’t exist at this location. They constantly claim the machine will be fixed or back soon, but it’s been almost a year without any of these items being available. It’s beyond frustrating at this point.

This is by far my absolute favorite McDonald's to visit! My food is always hot, but most importantly my cheeseburger isn't as dry as the Sahara like so many these days. Keep it up you guys!!!

This used to be the best Mcdonalds. Now these kids they have there don’t care. Every single time the last 2 months, we order the same thing and they mess it up every single time. What happened to this place?

Shelby was super rude and was not willing to help reset the kiosk that was stuck. She went back and forth with me saying that my order was lost and that nothing she could do about it. I explain that I tried to use another kiosk but it didn’t let me put my code. She said that she can do another about it, which I replied if she could reset the kiosk to see if that let me use my code. She then angrily and with an attitude ended resetting the kiosk and then it allowed me to put in my code on a new kiosk.
I live here in Spencer and this is literally the best McDonald’s around. All the other McDonald’s are crappy compared to this one. Even if you go out of state, this McDonald’s is still the best McDonald’s. The management is so good about making sure they have a great team. It’s usually always good food ( it’s McDonald’s, it’s not great 100% of the time), it’s always clean in there though, and everyone is always so nice.

Waited 20 minutes from speaker to window for some cold fries and mediocre sandwiches. I used to work here and it’s unbelievable how downhill this place has gone. Plenty of people inside too, not understaffed just incompetent and slow. Definitely not “fast food” when your on the way somewhere.

I understand I went through the drive thru late, but when are cold fries ever ok? If they had asked if I wanted to wait for fresh fries, I would have said yes.

The cashier was rude, then when I got my daughter's happy meal I look inside and they gave her 5 french fries which were old. Then when I called to ask about it the girl who answered was sarcastic and hung up before the end of the conversation. I'm no Karen but dang.
