Ordered 2 Big Mac meals, with medium fries and 2 milkshakes. Got home (in Clay city) and turns out we had a small fry, a large fry, a cheese burger, an apple pie, and a cup of some type of sauce. This isn't the first time I've had issues with this McDonald's but it'll be the last. That's ridiculous! Almost $25 for the wrong stuff. Never again.

The service at this sight has consistently gone downhill for the last few years. My family has decided not to go to this location anymore after the continued bad good/service.
Last night it took about 30 minutes to get our food from the time we got in line. The burgers were cold but the chicken wrap was hot. Unfortunately the chicken in the wrap was not fully cooked in the center. The cokes had very little ice and tasted funny. We spent over $20 on two cheeseburgers, 2 cokes and a chicken wrap. Taking into account the price, the time it took to get the food and the quality of food I would not recommend this McDonalds. Additionally, I woke up in the middle of the night vomiting everything back up to some sort of food poisoning I assume.

Haven’t been in here for months and the first order I make coming back there wasn’t just one hair, but two in my sandwich upon first opening. I didn’t even bother opening the rest of the wrapper. That is terrible.

Used the kiosk to place my order and ordered a Big Mac combo meal. The person brought out my food and an empty cup. So I had to go back up to the front to get my drink, which I thought sort of defeated the purpose of having it brought to my table.
Took two bites of my Big Mac and noticed it only had one patty. Took it back and asked for another one to be made and went back to my table to wait for it. I finished my fries and went back to the counter to find that my replacement Big Mac was just sitting on the counter.
When I finished my meal and was refilling my sweet tea, I found out it was empty. Went to the counter and waited for someone to finally come help me and refill my drink.
Definitely not a good day for customer service. Oh, I forgot to mention that two other people also had their orders messed up.

I do not normally leave a review for a McDonalds. but the food was delicious.. it was hot! and the drive thru was running very well! Glad to know some McDonalds still care about customers. Kudos to you guys!
