Waited 30 minutes at drive thru. Got half my order half was someone else's. Double cheese burger had no pickles. 10 piece nuggets had no sauce. 2 pm on a Friday. Also no mcdouble meals. Is this a site issue or A corporate problem?

When I went in a bit ago I was greeted nicely by a waitress at the front I didn’t have enough cash for 2 teas when I was already there I realized I didn’t bring enough money then the cashier payed off one of my teas

This McDonald's needs to officially remove all their ice cream products from the menu. If you have a sweet tooth, don’t bother coming here. Their ice cream machine seems to be down every time I try to order a shake, sundae, cone, or McFlurry. These items simply don’t exist at this location. They constantly claim the machine will be fixed or back soon, but it’s been almost a year without any of these items being available. It’s beyond frustrating at this point.
This is by far my absolute favorite McDonald's to visit! My food is always hot, but most importantly my cheeseburger isn't as dry as the Sahara like so many these days. Keep it up you guys!!!
This used to be the best Mcdonalds. Now these kids they have there don’t care. Every single time the last 2 months, we order the same thing and they mess it up every single time. What happened to this place?
Shelby was super rude and was not willing to help reset the kiosk that was stuck. She went back and forth with me saying that my order was lost and that nothing she could do about it. I explain that I tried to use another kiosk but it didn’t let me put my code. She said that she can do another about it, which I replied if she could reset the kiosk to see if that let me use my code. She then angrily and with an attitude ended resetting the kiosk and then it allowed me to put in my code on a new kiosk.
