this Wendy's still remains my in my top five of all time. service is quick and food is always on par. I never go in, but there is plenty of parking. if you enjoy a eating in your car.

Watched them literally get every single order wrong while we were there waiting for ours. Which was also wrong.
I don't review often, but when I do, it's either because the service is the best, or the worst I have experienced. The Spencer Wendy's location, specifically, is the best Wendy's location within a 50 mile radius. They gladly accept all the app deals, promotions, and franchise gimmicks currently happening so my family saves the most money possible. Recently, heaven forbid, I had to pull over and wait for 90 seconds extra for my drive through order so they could make fresh eggs for the sausage, egg, and cheese biscuit sandwiches (of which I ordered 5). My family ate breakfast for under $10, all the food was awesome, and surprise, they added a breakfast fries to the order gratis! So again, I drive out of my way to frequent this specific Wendy's. Hats off to the uplifting team there that put in the effort making delicious fast food.

Some restaurants might have struggled but not the Spencer Wendy's They delivered HOT AND FRESH FOOD to sll 6 of us... On Saturday May 10 at the dinner time rush hour we took my grandkids who can be kind of overwhelming!but the staff was so nice to all of us... Keep up the good work management it was a great example of how a fast food experience should be☺️
