You must put this great restaurant on your list to visit. The the food was wonderful. The remodel of the building is warm and inviting. The family that owns and operates the Cafe are hard working and provide more than you’ll ever expect. I had the bacon burger, and it was delicious, along with the side salad. Their home made dressing tasted great. Be sure to pick up a few Cookies for the ride home. We chose chocolate chip, and they were the best.
Stopped for a quick lunch. Clearly a local hangout, everyone inside knew each other. Waitress was very polite and food was very good. I'll definitely stop again when I'm in the area.
Have eaten here a handful of times, and have ordered many different things from the menu and the food is amazing!!!!! The staff is very professional and extremely good at what they do! Will continue eating here for sure! The deserts are spectacular too ? if you haven’t tried this restaurant you are missing out!!
Looking for a great meal served by a friendly staff? Then you need to make sure to find this hidden gem in the middle of the cornfields. Small town charm & big flavors, make sure to GPS it & make the journey.
Hands down the best breakfast I’ve ever had! And i eat breakfast out ALOT. I live an hour away but I WILL be back and I’m bringing friends!? the atmosphere is so comfortable and it’s so clean and cute in here! Prices are just slightly above average but this is a small town Mom and Pop Cafe worthy of the support of a few extra dollars!
Wonderful small homestyle restaurant. Today's special, chicken noodles was delicious, though the serving size was on the small side. Waitress was friendly and pleasant. If you like small town dining, you have to give them a try
One of the best small town cafes I have ever been to! Homemade food and great quality! Go in and eat-great facility! Stay home and order carry out- amazing food and service! Highly recommend!
My mom and I stopped there on our way to Lafayette and tried the biscuits and gravy. Wow! Absolutely delicious! We will definitely be back!
Quaint. Good food. Couldn't ask for more!
A nice blend of modern and rustic in the middle of cornfields, this place didn't disappoint me. The food is good too. I generally am not a fan of fried chicken, but here I had it, and somehow the batter they used and everything, I liked it! The owner was very nice as well. Will return.

Prices too high! Over $8 for biscuits and gravy, $13 for tenderloin!!? And after driving to Stockwell. No thanks. Can get great sandwiches here in Lafayette.
Best place to eat!!! Amazing customer service & great food!!!
If you're eating breakfast, please get there early. The website and Facebook page SAYS that they serve a brunch... which they do not... so they had run out of biscuits and gravy, and were pushing lunch items at 10:30 on a Saturday morning. The place was mildly busy, but the wait staff was definitely overwhelmed. Food was good, and they did attempt to make up for the lack of breakfast items as best they could, but... you only get one chance to make a first impression, so maybe we'll see how their dinner menu is one day, but we definitely won't be back for breakfast... or brunch...
Breakfast was wonderful! Afterwards my daughter asked if we could come back tomorrow! Friendly staff, clean, good food! A+ in my book!
This cafe is excellent. The food was delicious and homemade. The service was exceptional and the prices were very affordable. Check this place out. It has choices you don't normally find in a small town cafe and is well worth the trip outside of Lafayette's usual suspects. I can't wait to try their breakfast. We will be back.
