“We've been enjoying Upland since they opened. Great food, beer and top notch service. Tonight we had dinner in one of their igloos. It was so cozy and perfect! Appetizers of chicken wings and warn pretzels were a great start. We loved our burgers and tofu Thai salad. We finished with scrumptious cherry chocolate bread pudding a warm brownie. Everything was perfect! Friendly service too.”

“came here on a whim. from out of state but loved here long ago. was surprised to see a sushi restaurant at the old yeekee building. we had been debating on sushi for 2 hours. I'm lazy so my husband got a 3roll lunch special. my husband said the decor was great and the ms. lady taking his order was so sweet. miso soup was very flavorful and all 3 rolls hit the spot. thanks guys for some happiness on this gloomy, light icy, Thurs in Dec! 5+ stars!”

“Liz was a great server. The GOM sandwich was delicious as was the broccoli cheddar soup and the fries. We were too full to try any ice cream but we'll come back another time for that. Really neat place with all the old-fashioned soda fountains and the beautiful Tiffany-style lamp/carbonated water dispenser. We didn't care for the Classic Orangeade; it's an orange juice slushy. Overall, we enjoyed ourselves and will return.”

“Sabor de la Vida is a true diamond in the rough! This incredibly delicious, authentic Mexican restaurant is a small, owner operated establishment, located in the Shell Gas Station. Please do not allow the somewhat rough exterior to dissuade you; I just enjoyed the absolute best vegetarian Taco that I've ever eaten at a restaurant, which is saying a lot. Please, come and taste for yourself. I highly doubt that you will be disappointed!

“The atmosphere wasn't bad, happened to be Trivia night. I was not to excited with the Buffalo Chicken wrap. The sauce was great but about half was through I was eating just sauce and lettuce. The fries were not the best either.
My coworkers had the same sentiments about the fries but said the fish sandwich and the BBQ flatbread were good.”
