I travel for business in a 4 State area around Indiana. This Taylorsville Bk inside or drive through is the Fastest in the entire area. Always get correct order , clean and friendly service. BK corporate should use this store as an example for “the way to do it right.”.

Went through the drive thru and ordered 2 ham egg and cheese biscuits I was informed that they didn't have any biscuits i said ok make them croissants then no biggie when they handed me my change they dropped the coins on the ground and expected me to get out of the car and pick them all up or leave them there I guess.. they practically threw the bag of food at me and to top it all off when I get home the croissants were not only cold but the bottoms of them were hard as a rock like they had been sitting there for hours it was disgusting I had to throw them away I couldn't eat them. they really need to do something about the quality of the food and the attitudes of the management/employees .. absolutely disgusting i might as well just threw my money in the trash because that's basically what I done anyways

My tray was given to someone else who returned it to the counter. As I waited for a new tray the employer tried to give me the tray that had been returned. That's just nasty! They wasted my time and I left there still hungry. No revist for me ever!!
For some reason they see it to be acceptable to not answer the phone, and you have to check literally in the boxes to make sure you got the right stuff Everytime you go there

This place is really clean and the food is amazing. The people that work here move fast and want to get food to you as fast as possible. I really wish that this place had more food options. The new birthday pie is amazing though I do recommend it.
