Hands down the best family diner I've ever been too. Way better than any Denny's or even cracker barrel I've ever been too. Great service on night shift. Friendly staff. Great food. 10/10. I will be back.
Chris T, you are the ONLY reason why this experience with WH was worth these stars.The grill cook Christy had a bad attitude. She cooked my order wrong. I heard Chris T inform Christy that my hashbrowns were to be all the way. My hasbrowns were plain when Christy put them on the table. My friend had to inform Christy that she made them incorrect. Then I heard Christy get on Chris T that she did not tell her.Christy unplated my hashbrowns and put them back on the grill, and put the bar ingredients on them. Christy brought them back and paused and reasked me. What else? I reiterated, "All the way." Christy asked me again, "Chili and gravy?" I reiterated "Yes,All the way."Zachary was ok. I sat in his section while he was on the phone outside. Therefore, Chris T took our orders.Christy got onto Zachary about busting a table and made a couple of comments about how it wasn't his table but to do it anyway, which, in my opinion, was snarky.Chris T, you made my meal worth it.I am a former Waffle House employee. It is still to this day one of my favorite places of employment.
