“Today was my first time using the kiosk for ordering and paying for food. Kim, the friendly employee, saw me and could tell I was needing help. She asked if she could help me and I said yes. Kim is a good instructor. I'm confident I will get my order on my own next time. I had a Filet O Fish, Crispy chicken, 2 apple pies and an ice coffee. It was all good. I touched base with Tiffany, Manager who is very customer satisfaction oriented. Truly an asset to this store. I appreciate front line workers like her and Kim. They help make a visit to a fast food restaurant a little special.“

“We had JV & Varsity basketball games in Tell City last Saturday (1/5) & wanted to get the girls food for the bus ride home afterwards. We had all the girls (~30) fill out an order form & dropped them off before the games. We called right after the Varsity game ended to let them know we would be on our way shortly. The staff at this Wendy's handled our large order with efficiency & friendliness. When we arrived, they had all the order forms attached to bags so we could just hand each girl their food. All orders were right & we weren't there very long at all. We've seen fast food joints that would've struggled with this large order. This group handled it extremely well! Kudos!!“
