I'm sorry to have to write this however, the pizza is just not what it used to be, it's as if they are barely putting any pizza sauce on the pizza. I ordered last week and ended up just giving it to the neighborhood kiddos b/c it was so bad!!! Now I order from Pizza Hut due to the poor quality of pizza!

I bought 3 pizzas to go, when I opened pizza boxes 2 pizzas was cheese only, my order was vege pizzas. I took back and they give me other 20 minutes time.after I get my pizzas , when we start eating feel something different taste When I check the pizza crust wasn’t fully cooked and stuff also like cheese. All stuffs on pizza was sliding down and crust and sauce on crust were not cooked properly . I complain then but they didn’t feel shame, they said it is good. I also work at sbaro pizza8-9 years I 100% understand they don’t have any perfect cooking skills that time. Never go on that location again

They told us it would take 30-60 minutes for the food, 2 hours later they told us it would be 35 more minutes then the manager said it would be 15 minutes and was very rude on the phone. Definitely going back to Pizza Hut.

We waited inside for carryout to take back to our hotel room up the street (Holiday Inn). The employees were nice, one kept up a conversation with my 9 year old, which was nice and helped the time pass. The food was obviously hot when we got it. We got what we ordered. We have no complaints and would recommend!Vegetarian options: I just got the cheese this time.Kid-friendliness: See above comment.

The main reason for the 4 stars. The last time I was there, after ordering my food, they said it would only take 15 minutes. But soon after, the cook ran over to take an order. Which was fine, but the manager could have finished my order or took the cashier order. Instead, just started to talk about how she could save him $2 on large pizzas for a party. Mean while my food is just collecting flies. So they need to focus on how to finish orders more then talking on how they can lave a couple bucks.
Store needs a deep clean, food was hot and good. Lady at register was very polite and professional in a stressful situation. Low score based on

the new general manager, Mandy Montezuma, is kind of rude and fires employees for unfair reasons and has a really bad attitude towards them. the place seems to have gone downhill in general recently from what I've seen when ordering from there and honestly I'm wondering if this new manager has something to do with that? ? it's hard to run a business when you treat your employees poorly. how can you expect your team to wanna come in and give 100% of their effort when you're not nice to them? ??♀️ anyway, I won't be ordering from here anymore. it doesn't sit right with me to support someone who I know is unkind to their employees. (i haven't worked here but I've been ordering from here for a long time and noticed a negative change recently and also know people who work here and know how she treats some of them. so this is my perspective and opinion as a former customer)
