The main reason for the 4 stars. The last time I was there, after ordering my food, they said it would only take 15 minutes. But soon after, the cook ran over to take an order. Which was fine, but the manager could have finished my order or took the cashier order. Instead, just started to talk about how she could save him $2 on large pizzas for a party. Mean while my food is just collecting flies. So they need to focus on how to finish orders more then talking on how they can...read full review
Pizza was just ok. Have you noticed that since John Schneider is no longer in charge you no longer get good coupons like 50% off and pizza has lost some quality? We go to Chicago Pizza now.

We waited inside for carryout to take back to our hotel room up the street (Holiday Inn). The employees were nice, one kept up a conversation with my 9 year old, which was nice and helped the time pass. The food was obviously hot when we got it. We got what we ordered.
