“I have never had a problem before with them until today. I called in my order was put on hold then the guy got back on the phone I gave him my order he asked what sauce I wanted with my garlic cheese sticks and breadsticks. I told him then he asked for the name I told him twice. He had me still on the phone as he was helping other customers. He told me how long it would be then I said ok thank you. My husband went to pick the order up and was told they never got our order. I’m sorry it upset me how could you say you didn’t get the order. Not happy so I said to forget it. Sorry but please do better next time when taking orders over the phone. I know you may have been busy but you could have done better.“
“Tell City, Indiana.....The driver lied and said she delivered our pizza. I was driving ahead of her as I ran to the store real quick. I turned in my driveway and she drove past and she never came back. I knew it was our driver because she had the Pizza Hut sign on top of the vehicle. We waited for another 30 minutes. No pizza. So we called Pizza Hut. She lied and said she handed it to us. No she didn't. We paid $27 plus a $5 tip. She didn't deliver it to us and all Pizza Hut would do is give us a $20 credit. The driver kept the tip and the pizza. Not fair! She lied!!“
“We waited inside for carryout to take back to our hotel room up the street (Holiday Inn). The employees were nice, one kept up a conversation with my 9 year old, which was nice and helped the time pass. The food was obviously hot when we got it. We got what we ordered. We have no complaints and would recommend!Vegetarian options: I just got the cheese this time.Kid-friendliness: See above comment.“
“Great pizza. Even better after it sets and you reheat it. Bonus is you can fish at the lake across from it while they make your order. Yes there's fish in there. Doubt any will break records or if you'd even catch one on a pole. Had to throw my cast net just to see if fish were in there. Only downside to this is if you order breaksticks, you have to pay for sauce extra.“
“One of the top two places for pizza in my area. Food is always served hot and fresh. Yummy fried options like cheese cubes, mushrooms and French fries. Pizza has a crispy crust with just the right amount of toppings. Looks like a "hole in the wall" place but those are always the best places. There is a server that hasn't got the most friendly personality until you get to know her. Highly recommend Iron Gate!“
“We love Riverview, but it lost a star with the raising of it's prices. It wasn't a small raise, it was a huge hike. I paid more than $20 more for my takeout this time. I already come from Indiana for their food. Been doing it for almost 10 years. Very disappointed.“
“My family just moved here and since our new house was not quite as ready as promised (stove not installed/water not yet on/mover's 2 days late) we decided to grab some take-out pizza here after being recommended by 2 locals. We got the 12" Pepperoni, a side order of Cheesy Breadsticks and a 16" Supreme. OMG! It was awesome!! Nothing but compliments from my Italian husband who is very picky about American pizza---lol. We were all pleasantly surprised how loaded the Supreme was! I literally had to cut mine with a knife. The service was very friendly and warm. The atmosphere very laid-back and quaint. We will def be back for a sit down dinner soon! Tysm“
“Delicious pizza. Crust was great. Toppings were fresh tasting. We dined in and they checked on us a couple times. Good service. Only dislike was the baked bacon cheese fries. Fries weren't brown at all they were still white. Gross. No outside crust to them. If not deep fried then they should air fry. They weren't very appetizing. Won't order those again. We will return for the pizza and cheese bread though.“
“Went to The Post and did a take out order. Only 10-15 minutes wait for a Chef salad and 6 traditional wings. Food was very good. I got the wings with honey bourbon sauce, sweat with a little heat, very good. The chef salad is large enough for two.“
