We had seen Fork in the Road and we were going to try the big hot dogs. Those were not available nor did they have chips. Two other tables came in while we were there and asked for the hot dogs! The menu is extensive, which usually means they cannot do justice to any of it. I ordered iced tea which might have been fresh a week ago. The Hawaiian chicken sandwich had a weird taste (so was left uneaten) and my husbands brew house Philly sandwich was dried out. Pet peeve…when the server brings your credit card and receipt back to table, please clean off the dirty dishes! ??♀️. Honestly, if my husband had not wanted to try the hot dogs, I wouldn’t have even gone in. The curb appeal of the place is horrible….weeds and trash all over the brick walkway. The poor curb appeal is reinforced with dirty inside. We won’t be making another visit.

We spent $88 at the treehouse had it DoorDash and half of our order did not come. One of the salads was horrible and the cheese sticks were not sent with marinara. They were sent with salsa when I went to pick up the rest of our order there was a waitress that called in that day. She was very rude and nasty, they said we would get a refund but it has to go through DoorDash so it would take four or five days The male manager told me it would take 4-5 days but we would get a refund… stated they had to go through DoorDash. I ask to talk to the owner but he told me he was busy. Our cheese stir came with salsa instead of marinara. Made a trip after paying DoorDash to deliver and had to go back in x 2…. No dressing for the salads I picked up. I feel like some if not all of the order should be reimbursed on payers card, especially since he out and out lied about the reimbursement. Refused to give me owners phone number, he did give me his name though.

Everything was really good. They allow pets in the restaurant & they even have a doggy menu on the menu.
Today was our 1st visit, so I'll give you the suggestions I have. I got the Philly and would have liked to add mushrooms, but that wasn't available. We looked at all the appetizers and would have loved to be able to order a combo, but that's also not available. My Husband wanted the Cowboy Philly, but since you only had one Philly Bun he ordered Dbl Bacon Cheeseburger. He thought the hamburger meat was very salty .. and just so-so burger. He did enjoy the bacon! I had also wanted to order onion chips as my side, but your menu is getting ready to change and that's no longer available.
My suggestion .. make sure you have a thing or 2 on your menu that is really special and you can't get anywhere else. The BLT with Fried Green Tomato sounded really good! My understanding is you get your food from a local restaurant supply. You should really consider getting your hamburger and maybe Philly meat from one of the local meat markets .. you can definitely tell the difference in taste. We left not really feeling like we got our money's worth .. and taste wise, there was nothing wrong but it didn't Wow us. Based on this visit, we probably won't be back. I do love that you are pet friendly and I'm sure the the open air eating area is enjoyable.

Went here last night. I was not even acknowledged by ANY of the bar tenders not once. It was not busy at all. I wanted to order food. I was not given a menu or even asked if I needed help. After sitting there for over 20 minutes without nobody acknowledging me. My friends and I got up and left. Worst service!
If you see somebody walk into your bar and restaurant you greet them and take their order! Not even make eye contact with them and continue to laugh behind the bar and in the kitchen and not do your job!

I've been here twice, since June, after living in Terre Haute for 8 years and both experiences were great. The food was good, the staff was great, and of course we were able to bring our dog in which we love. The dog menu is awesome, Penny(dog) loves it.
In both instances I also got a chance to meet and chat with the owner, he's a very awesome dude, that I enjoyed getting a chance to meet.
I highly recommend treehouse, especially if you're looking for a place that you can bring your dog with you to enjoy a night out for some good food and good people. It's quickly becoming one of my favorite places to eat in Terre Haute, I just wish I didn't live 20 minutes away.
EDIT- I'd also like to note that the pricing is very fair. Yesterday (8/03/24) My friend, my wife, my two children and myself, in addition to my friend's dog and my dog all ate for under $90, including meals for all of the humans, meals for both of the dogs, a cocktail and two appetizers.
