I grew up in Terre Haute. I know how much time it must have taken to make this the unique setting it is today. Our waiter was so attentive and offered suggestions. The special grapefruit margarita was as good as he said it would be. The lasagna made me think of my childhood. It is most likely the best I've ever had. My husband's fettuccine with lemon was so good and his hummingbird cake made the night complete. Oh. The espresso martini was certainly the best I've had!

First and last time we will come here. Made reservations for us two weeks in advance. Upon arrival we were shown to a cramped metal table off in a corner that barely fit the two of us. Next to a vintage moped. (???) Chairs were uncomfortable and the table was low, like a kids table. The music is from the 90s and so loud we couldn't hear each other. Our food came out five minutes after ordering it, so not sure how fresh it was. Portions and quality do not justify the price point they charge. Then, service came to a screeching halt. 15 minutes to get a refill on ice tea. Dirty dishes sat there for 20 minutes. After these were cleared it was another 15 minutes before our server came to see if we wanted anything else. 20 minutes to get the check, run the credit card, and get it back. And they were not busy. There are way better options in Terre Haute for fine dining than this place. Won't be back and will not recommend.

The food was excellent. The Farroe Salmon had the crispiest tasty skin I’ve ever had. But the white chocolate raspberry cheesecake was absolutely Devine. Glad we found this spot on our visit.

Wonderful! We made reservations for a belated Valentine's dinner, and everything was fantastic. Building is very cool. Drinks were great. Service was attentive. Food was so delicious. We had the salame appetizer. I got the bolonese for dinner, and the cannoli for dessert. The cannoli was deconstructed which I wasn't expecting, but so tasty and flavorful! The Rosemary Gimlet is also fantastic cocktail. Highly recommend this place!

Great atmosphere, the made when ordered salads were fabulous…. Best homemade croutons I’ve ever had. If you do go there make sure you get a lemon martini! Now the reason for the low stars. Way overpriced average Italian! We had to send the pizza back because it was burnt, the second one was very bland, no taste. We asked for the pasta dish to be split and that didn’t happen!

Been here once before and was underwhelmed, but I was back in town and wanted to give this place another chance. It was worse than my last review. I ordered a dirty martini and received a cloudy drink that tasted like they had squeezed lemon/lime into a dirty martini...sent it back and got one that was made correctly. We shared the diavolo pizza, which was good...but pretty light on toppings. There was a special pappardelle with chicken ragu, which I thought I ordered...I said "the pappardelle with chicken." I then got the regular pappardelle bolognese with chunks of chicken on top of it. The waiter apologized and took it off my bill, but I'm still baffled by that misunderstanding--shouldn't he have clarified if someone ordered something that weird? The chicken was actually pretty good, but the bolognese had ZERO flavor. I had to heavily salt it and I cut up some of the peppers from the pizza to try to give it some semblance of flavor. Another member of my party got the bolognese (intentionally) and only ate a few bites because she also found it very bland. Someone else got the polenta, but actually didn't even recognize that it was polenta at first because it came out with chunks of scorched meat on top of it...it looked like a blueberry crumble. Lastly, I asked about the tiramisu, because the last time I came we got it to go and I thought they had just run out of the prepared version...because we received all the individual ingredients deconstructed. I found out they're actually doing this intentionally! So that was my bad in my previous review, but...like...who was asking to make their own tiramisu?

It was good...but different.The server and my man made it a nice Birthday meal.Was given my favorite dessert.Music was weird for Italian restaurant. was wanting a elegant evening but ended with 90s music.

I really want to give this place 5 stars, their food and atmosphere are incredible, but the hostess really ruined our night. We ate on 12/27/2023 and had a reservation at 5pm. We waited at least 5 minutes for the hostess to greet and seat us. (Who was very underdressed might I add) We watched her walk and back forth, seeing us in the process and not helping us out. We requested if we could sit in a specific area of the restaurant, she took at least 5 minutes to figure out if we could sit there or not, and we stood awkwardly in the middle of the restaurant waiting. She could’ve asked us to take a seat somewhere while she figured it out. The night went on and we enjoyed our food, but those first 10 minutes of unprofessionalism by the hostess really impacted our evening there.
