Bar Bosco Reviews
Terre Haute finally has a destination restaurant that truly earns that distinction.
The food is outstanding, the ambiance is chic, and the service without equal.

Fantastic atmosphere, amazing food and the staff were so helpful with every recommendation. we have been multiple times and we have absolutely loved every time we have been.
The German food was delicious. The Rouladen with German Potato Salad and Sauerkraut were amazing. It is a nice turn of pace. I normally get Fettuccine Alfredo, which is light. The ambiance is also amazing!

Bar Bosco in Terre Haute offers a top-notch dining experience with fresh pasta, delicious cocktails, and amazing desserts. The menu includes highly recommended options like lasagna, bolognese paparelle, salmon, spaghetti and meatballs, and fettuccine with lemon. Guests can step into a 1920s Italian American ambiance, featuring a restored wooden bar and cabinets from a bygone era. The atmosphere is engaging, with a lively bar area and attentive service, where staff ensure that all needs are met and menu questions are answered.
While the music can be a bit loud, making conversations challenging, the quality of the food and service remains exceptional. The specials are highly praised, and drinks like the grapefruit margarita and espresso martini are must-tries. Although some dishes, such as the wild boar gnocchi, may vary in quality, Bar Bosco is still a place for an overall memorable experience. Diners can enjoy an incredible atmosphere, and many find it reminiscent of visits to Italy. The owner’s warm welcome, such as greeting guests with a shot of limoncello, adds to the charm. This little restaurant is truly a gem in Terre Haute, perfect for those seeking both nostalgic tastes and new favorites.
