There should never be one person in the restaurant running it by himself. That’s not okay. Corporate needs to step in. The employee working was doing fantastic job; the rating is on corporate not the employee.
For the most part the pizza has always been made good, there have been times the pizza hasn't been cut all the way, like I would have to get a pizza cutter and finish the job. But overall a good pizza place when the rite people are working.
