Ordered what was supposed to be a footlong turkey club. It was only 11" long. Bread was Chewy. Tomatoes were mushy. Lettuce looked old. There was hardly any bacon or mozzarella cheese on it. I remember the one girl that used to work there many years ago. She always made sure everything was made fresh everyday. This place seems to focus on the gaming room than anything else. What a shame.
Terrible customer service. I’ve been patronizing this establishment since 2016. Recently the staff and the owners customer service has been on a downward spiral! The last couple of times I’ve been the staff has acted as though I did not exist. They would not tell me when my food would be ready I would have to go to the counter and ask. I would see them walk bags around the counter to other customers but for some reason I was treated different. My last time going was on 6/28....read full review
wasted my time on Pokémon cards
I know the selling value of them was 200 dollars and we had someone organize them to make it easier on them beforehand we got back after giving them time to look at them guy was mad we left and came back. so I guess I should of just stood there and watched them but I trusted them. guy offered me only 15 bucks cash. what a spit in my face. 15 bucks is a crooks offer
