Our first experience with this restaurant was perfect. Great food and extremely polite and prompt service. Our waitress, Janneth, was a pure gem. All smiles and very courteous. If they had a higher number than 5 I'd rate them even higher but since that's the highest rating that's what I give them.
Chavas catered my granddaughter's wedding and I highly recommend them for your catering needs. Food was fresh and delicious. Service was outstanding and they went out of their way to be sure all the guests needs were met. We will use them again for catering if needed and will definitely visit their restaurant. I would recommend them to friends or anyone needing a catering service.
Stopped by while visiting the ISU campus! The food was great! If you love spicy, the green spicy sauce will not disappoint.

The food is amazing, and the quantity for the price is very good, making it a place where customers feel they definitely get their money's worth. The staff is friendly, and many enjoy the steak quesadillas, which some consider to be TO DIE for. While the inside of the building looks clean enough at first glance, the cleanliness of the bathrooms could use improvement. Parking can be challenging due to nearby busy businesses, but it remains a convenient option for college students, especially after a long day of classes. For a peaceful meal, it's best to dine before the bar closes down next door, as the atmosphere can get lively with drunk college kids. Additionally, the restaurant operates on a cash-only basis, which some find inconvenient but appreciate for keeping the value of cash up.
