“I was reached out to and they apologized for the incident and made it right. My second experience was far better than my first.
I waited up front for 10 or more minutes. I knocked on the employee door and said hello multiple times and no one came out. The guy finally came out and he just said ‘I know’ when I said I waited 10 plus minutes for anyone to take our order. The shakes were good but I should have just left and not ordered after that service. If you’d like to have someone there to take your order and you not have to call, text, knock, yell and basically hunt them down then don’t go here.“
“New to Terre Haute and clearly popular—the line has been long since opening. Caught it at the perfect time this morning with only a few cars ahead of me, and the service was exceptional. Staff came outside to take orders while waiting in line. I ordered the Blonde Latte Triple 7 style, it was deliciously perfect and full of caffeine. Great coffee, fast service, super friendly team, and an upbeat vibe. Definitely a go-to spot for a quick pick-me-up! ☕“
