I placed an order online and waited almost an hour. The employee told me they couldn't find my order so they couldn't make it, despite me providing proof of my order number and the charge from my bank. I paid for food that I did not receive and will not be back.

I typically have a good experience with curb side at Tropical Smoothie Terre Haute location. However, today I waited for 10 minutes before going in, even double checking that I had selected curb side and not inside pick up. When I got there, there was no one in drive thru and only 2 people inside ordering. When I finally went inside a few vehicles had left the drive thru and a group of people had gone in to order. there were 6 employees that I could see, 3 of which were arguing...read full review
