“I was a first time customer and I was very appreciative of how the lady working explained everything to me and how ordering works! She explained what they give to the customers and why they do it. And that was interesting to learn about! Both the Man and Woman were very nice! I got a Strawberry Banana protein shake and it was amazing! I will definitely be back!“

“I visited for the first time during their Friends and Family weekend, and even though the line was backed up all the way to the road by Ross, I was in and out in just 10 minutes, super fast service! Every staff member I interacted with was incredibly friendly, upbeat, and delivered excellent customer service. My drink was absolutely delicious, and I was excited to have a 7 Brew nearby.

Unfortunately, my recent visits haven’t matched that first impression. The last couple of times I’ve gone, the customer service has been noticeably lacking. The employee I’ve interacted with seemed disengaged and barely spoke, and when she did, it felt like I was inconveniencing her. Because of this, I’ve started visiting less often, which is disappointing considering how great my first experience was.

I hope this feedback is taken seriously, because there’s a clear difference from when you first opened. I’d love to see the level of service return to what it was.“
