The two young men working, Noah and Brody, were great. Unfortunately, they were out of chicken tenders, out of cookies, and their ice machine wasn't working. The management of this store has to be horrible.
Stuff was everywhere. And we ordered the chicken popcorn bucket and didn't receive it. My autistic son was disappointed cause that's all he eats. We come from Indianapolis

This store CAN NOT get a mobile order right to save its life. And to get them to answer their phone is non existent. We order at least once every few weeks and our order is never correct. And getting a Pot pie is impossible because they always say they don’t have any. I wouldn’t complain if it was occasionally but it’s every order I make. READING IS FUNDAMENTAL!

KFC on Lafayette offers great service, especially towards families. The food is delicious, even close to closing time. Although sometimes orders may be missing items or incorrect, the friendly staff compensates for it. The staff is super friendly and helpful, working together to provide a positive experience. Customers appreciate the overall service and food quality, making them want to return for more, with some even preferring it for special deals like Tuesday Chicken Day. Thomas provides excellent customer service, making the whole experience great even when issues arise.
