Beyond dissatisfied with service and food. My server was great, however I can not say the same about the person I believe to be the manager. Once I received my food my baked potato was cold and hard on the inside. You could tell it was sitting out. The woman walking around asked how the food was. I told her I was actually waiting for my server to come back so I could get a new potato or possibly a new side. When I told the women the potato was old and cold she said “well how do you know it’s old”. I repeated that it was hard, cold, and old. She again questioned how I knew it was old. At that moment I did not want the food and told her just to take the whole meal. I come to Longhorn every other week like clockwork. I get the same entree with the same 2 sides every time. The same thing with the potato has happened before and I never received this response before. People make mistakes, that’s not the issue, it how you handle the mistake. This was a simple fix and she decided to keep questioning me instead of trying to make it right.

Traveling and wanted a good meal and got more than that at this longhorn! The service was great from start to finish(shoutout to Jorry). I have celiac disease and he was right there with answers and helped me have a safe dinning experience! The food was incredible from the taste, the cook and the sides! I got the ribeye which came out a perfect medium rare(plus) with a baked sweet potatoe and a strawberry salad that had grapes and mandarin oranges that was so light and refreshing, I would go back just for that. Hubs got the T-bone which also came out a perfect medium rare also with a baked sweet potato and we shared the asparagus and roasted mushrooms. Chefs kiss and absolutely zero complaints about this location!

Favorite place for lobster tail and atmosphere is wonderful.
Our first time going here. Staff went out of there way to make sure we had the best time. Food was outstanding. Steak cooked the exact way to my specifications. I definitely recommend.

The Outlaw Ribeye was tasty, although it was not trimmed well. The milk was in a good-sized glass. I assume our server was new. She asked what appetizers we wanted before I was comfortably seated. Her timing was off throughout our dinner. However, her and her manager were polite.
