I received my order not from a Papa John’s delivery employee, but from a dirty woman in shorts and flip flops. Not taken from a hot bag, but from a back seat ( directly) which I presume is as messy as the person who brought it. I called Papa John to request that door dash never brings my food again. That’s not possible unless I call to order and ask. So no online ordering, no discounts, no papa cash.

Don't call to make a order. They don't answer the phone. I was on hold for 15 minutes waiting for a employee to come to the phone to take my order. I drove by to see why it was taking so long, they were all standing around talking. No one was working.
