I have been going to Starbucks since my sister got me started on dragon drinks over last summer and today we stopped at your store and there were no vente or Trenta cups. We went to another store and still didn't have any so we got large/grande cup and wasn't satisfied with the size. So we called the store closest to my sisters apartment. I am definitely not one to leave reviews but today I had a really wonderful experience at Starbucks. I came in at about 545 to grab my pick up order and when I picked it up I accidentally dropped it on the floor. Without hesitation the boy behind the counter offered to make me a new one. And I offered to clean it up but they assured me that it would be taken care of. All the workers were very nice and friendly and I appreciate good service. 10/10 recommend.

Rebecca the store manager was amazing. Went to another store and got a grande was very upset no vente cups. Got home unhappy. Called store near me and asked about refillable cups. All of our town out of vente and trenta cups. She told me prices for cups and how refillable cups work and explained star points aplogized about being upset about small cup. Was awesome personality and helpful thank you!!!
