Ordered curbside checked bags to make sure everything was there and was missing a large fry. No big deal I was still there so I was able to get it but when I got home to actually eat my husband's and I Bacon dbl quarter pounder had no bacon on it.
I'm a dasher and if you order delivery, just know they do not acknowledge us. Not sure why they have a to-go rack when they never use it. I've watched bags sit on the counter ready to go while we're all waiting but no one around to hand it over. They aren't going to be hot by the time we reach you because McDonald's let it sit for 10+ minutes without a heat lamp or anything. The people are nice, they just don't get paid enough to care so I kinda get it.

Started off strong. Got my order taken and all the way up to the second window within 5 minutes (unheard of at this establishment). They then asked me to pull forward for my meal. Sure!
