Good food, good timing on getting food out. Not bad could use more condiments they where out of almost everything. Otherwise I enjoyed my self!

We waited more than 15 minutes in line, no staff took our order. When we walked out without ordering there was 6 or 7 people waiting. Only people getting served went through the drive through!

The general manager doing drive-thru and was rude the whole time. Asked for sauces and wanted me to pay again. What is wrong with memorizing a coupon code? The code doesn’t change at all.

Mold on bread on chicken sandwich. Had to go back to pick-up full order as I received none of my chicken. Then when I received the order and got home the sandwich had mold on the bread. BIG DISSAPOINTMENT

Dining area closed only drive thru to pick up my online order by the time I got my food it was cold and they forgot my soda with my bisquit smh this location isnt managed correctly like other locations its a shame the employees just sit there and talk and laugh while there busy not showing any type of customer service whatsoever whoever manages this location need to review camera surveillance to know how good there employees handle customers..this isnt the first with bad experience at this location the people that work there arent customer friendly you can tell Lol they need to hire better people then these kids in there.

Ridiculous! 3 days in a row dinning area not open. Go through the drive thru, get our food and they forget out dipping sauces and Silverware for our mac n cheese. Drive thru line is now 8 cars long. Get up there only to be told they have been out of Silverware for 2 days. Don't sell items that need silverware if you don't have any!

Picking up an online order takes longer than it should. You still have to wait for the cashier, and when there's a line, they don't necessarily serve the mobile-order pickup line first. I'm not a huge fan of fried food, so most of the main entrees are just okay to me. The biscuits tend to be dry. Their fried chicken, however, is absolutely delicious.

The space is adequate for this restaurant. Not crowded at all.
