Went to Ritter's yesterday with my friends Susie and Darcy and we all thought it was delicious!!
I just wanted to recognize a young man who works at this location. I do not know his name but from the time I was there to the time I left he did not stop working. He was doing things for his fellow co workers and never dropped the smile. He was a very tall thin teenager. My family and I were there on 4/21/26 around 7pm I sure hopes ue knows he doing a great job
If your supposed to be open until 9 and then close at 8 and then allow several cars to wait in line for 20 minutes and then tell you that they can’t serve you because they closed and no one comes out and says that we’re closed?!? Lights still on, and no further explanation, just we closed at 8 and we can’t serve you 🙄
Very disappointed. Went there for a little treat at 8:30 pm and online it says that close at 10pm. They had a big sign up there saying Closed. With two workers in there. Clearly just lazy and wanted to close early. Do better.
You guys need to change your times on Google.
I showed up a couple minutes after 7 and they already had a closed sign up and were wiping down the counters.

We been going there for a couple years Love their pumpkin custard ice cream so many different ways to enjoy it staff super friendly so is the owner much better than other ice cream places

Employees could of been more friendly
We came to Ritter’s tonight 8/7/2025 at 9:40 and you close at 10:00 and the employees looked right at us and never opened the window. They just kept on cleaning like they didn’t see us. We won’t be back
I truly love Ritter's Frozen Custard. I'm sad this is the only location in Terre Haute. The service has a lot to be desired.
