Would give it zero stars, but that isn’t an option. I came here two days ago, and Leah was extremely rude to me. She handed me my drink with such sass and took my order in a very monotone voice. She was extremely rude. The other staff was very joyous and kind. I will not be coming back.

The Starbucks on Wabash makes the worst matcha lattes. Any of the other ones, I order extra matcha and can taste it and it's noticably darker green. This one, I can order TWO extra scoops and it still taste like just slightly flavored milk and is as pale green as the no extra.

30 some dollars in one day for the order to be wrong both times !! Waste of money their drinks suck !!! customer service said I couldn’t get a refund because I didn’t have a Starbucks account

I've been going to this Location for over 18 years, I thinks they have an edge up on Accuracy & Customer Service hands down!!! Most of the time I am greeted with a Welcome and Good Morning Glenn!! Called by my name as soon as entered the store- Wow!!! Always warm welcoming atmosphere, deliver fast and accurate coffee just the way you ordered it. In my former years of employment my career was in Customer Service / Marketing for over 19 years at Sony a Fortune 500 Corporation, so I know a little about great Customer Service and Wabash gets it in my opinion!!! Thanks To All of the Partners at the Wabash Location - Keep delivering Great Customer Service ! It is no wonder your the busiest Starbucks in Terre Haute⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️So again Thanks to Eric, Alyson, Zack, Mallory, Lena, Adara, Paul, Tyler, and Patience you all, plus the rest of the staff there are Rock Stars!!! Keep on supplying the World's Finest Coffee Delivered Right the First Time!! 😎

I was having the WORST morning. The mornings where NOTHING is going right - one bad text message from someone sets the whole vibe for your day - and I had to decide whether I was choosing coffee or vodka on my drive. I ended up choosing coffee - ((crisis diverted)) - and grabbed my daughter and her best friend a drink as well. Because I knew as soon as I would get home - my 16 year would wake up and I didn't need her choosing violence either. 😂 I get home - grab thier coffees BY THE LIDS - and they spill everywhere. Matcha all over my floorboard and seats. I just stood there in the rain for a hot minute bawling. I got back in my car - drove back to this location to buy another round for them. 100% completely MY fault - BUT who Im assuming was the manager - Alyson - was SO kind to me and offered to make the drinks for me again at no charge. She said that everyone just needs a bit of kindness shown to them and that's EXACTLY what I needed after my morning. So - Alyson - thank you. While I have the most respect for military spouses ((her husband is military)) - she too - is providing a service to every single person that walks through those doors every day. We never know what someone else is going though - choose to be kind always. Thank You Alyson AND your husband for your service ❤️

I spent over 17 dollars for a white chocolate moca and only got a half a cup called the store and the female manager said there's nothing she can do about this
Went inside due to line for drive thru but honestly the drive thru was quicker then going in. Lots of parking spaces but skinny driving area. Be careful figuring out really how you get in and out of their lot.

My coworkers and I did a group order. When we received our order we were missing a drink. I called to see if they could just refund the one drink because we’re at work and can’t leave and “Mrs Midlife Crisis Starbucks Manager of the year” herself, Leah, said it was completely out of her control. Poor customer service, poor attitude, and no attempt to work with the customer on a FIVE DOLLAR DRINK. And this is why… “America runs on Dunkin”

Im tired of coming here a couple of times a week just to have my order made wrong, I even ask them to remake it and I feel like they purposely make it wrong a second time. Everyone ALWAYS has the worse attitudes when I order from here and I’m just done with Starbucks. I have been a long time customer but I think I’m giving up, it’s just not worth it anymore.

Starbucks is the best place to get coffee and the best place to get the refresher drinks,love my strawberry lemonade refresher drinks always order them,and I order the dragon drink refresher love that one to,I also loved the summer one ya had last summer it was awesome

I ordered a Sugar cookie almond frappe and the barista made it wrong (with peppermint) and when i returned it she laughed therefore she knew she made it wrong and still handed it out. She remade it for me and it still tasted horrible the 2nd time. Frequent customer now never returning. waste of $20. As a manager at dunkin this is very disappointing and sad that drinks cant simply get made correctly.
