How do you not have apple juice? There is literally a grocery store 20 feet away!
In the evenings the barista's only fill a venti cup half way and the other half is foam. I've complained at least four times, and there is one girl that will fix it, the others stare blankly until I get frustrated and pull away. If I'm paying $5.99 for a cup of coffee, I would like a full cup. I stuck my finger all the way in the cup and barely touched the coffee below the foam.
Caramel macchiato and oh how I miss the snowman cookies 😉

Based on the reviews, Starbucks Coffee Company on East New Margaret Drive offers fast and excellent service. The evening staff are very warm and friendly. The service is great and drinks are delicious. A staff member once made a free cup for a customer who went to the wrong store address, showing kindness. The dining area is nice and clean with comfortable chairs and tables. The location has a large parking lot and a drive through. The team of employees are pleasant and interactive. The store is ran very smooth and precise. An Americana and Latte were made just right. A trial shot of a special espresso was also delicious.
