I hate to a star but I have to for a comment . I walked in and the woman at the counter didn't say a word and just starting cutting bread . I thought she'd say she would be with me in a moment but no nothing and I turned around to leave and still no can I help you or anything . I won't be coming back there . Very poor customer service .

This isn’t the first time I have done an online order and it wasn’t ready in a timely fashion. I understand you might be busy with walk ins, but when I have already paid, and you give me a timeframe, and I have to wait almost 30-40mins after that timeframe. Employees were joking around. When I stated I had an online order, the employee got an attitude about it. Very disrespectful.

The worst delivery yet, the steak wrap was cold, not toasted, just a pinch of steak, the ft long turkey, was a sloppy mess they put marinara on who does that, go to jimmy John's or penn station, wow this store is substandard lol

Horrible service. The person serving our food was chewing gum with their mouth straight open which was very unsanitary. Along with the bad and negative attitude they gave, it ruined our experience at Subway. I am NEVER coming to this store again.

How is it OK to close early? Yes I know the whole thing about not going to am eatery at closing time, but ur opened till 10, may e stay open till ten? I tok a pic then a screenshot to prove the time we showed up. My gods do I sound like a Karen but being on ur period does that.
