Ever since new owners took it over service is always bad and workers all sitting in the back on their phones so it takes 20 minutes for them to take your order. If you are lucky enough to get service (order off the app) the food is wrong. Only subway in town I ever have issues with

Ive been here 2 times with them not toasting my bread after Ive told them to toast bread..I feel like the young kids in there are taking short cuts just to finish up people sandwiches bad management!I will go to the other location on us 41 instead this location is never right with my orders by the time I get home my bread is soggy from not being toasted thats why I wish to get it toasted for it not to be soggy when I get home Most of it when in the garbage nobody wants a soggy sandwich.

I’ve ordered there twice on the app and each time I have extra mayo on my sub order and when I get home there is only a little amount and I never think to check their work because it’s not hard to put extra mayo on a sandwich so I get home and the sandwich is dry and it just makes it unpleasant so if you ask for anything extra don’t expect to get it.
This was one of the BEST Itallian 6' sub I ever had. The bread was toasted just right, not too crunchy but crunchy enough. The veggies selection looked/was fresh. The sandwich master assembled the sub, stacking on choice after choice. Finally, when adding the dressings, she made sure not to drench the sub so that the dressings didn't squeeze out when you bite it. The store was clean and smelled fresh. I don't eat a lot of processed foods, but when I do, it's gonna be Subway.

Idk how she does it, but she makes my subs like no other in the history of me eating subway. And she’s super funny and nice to talk to!
