People standing around clowning no acknowledge that anyone else is around food was hot credit card machine not working up front and the manager i assume rude and disrespectful no wonder food industry is dieing I don't expect professional at fast food but stand there and listen to people faffing and they can see you and nothing

Absolutely terrible customer service. Drive through worker on 7Jan at 130pm didn't look at me once. Was snippy over the Drive through speaker and almost threw the food at me while slamming the window.

ordered online several times with my mom. this time genuinely has us considering never ordering here again.
ordered our food from the app and it never arrived. an hour after it was supposed to, we’re told our order has been sent to the wrong person and got cancelled. my mom called the support number she was given and they told her it would take 10-12 business days to receive her money back.
so she calls the restaurant since she was told they could speed up the process. the woman who answered was extremely rude to her and acted like it wasn’t her problem. the manager then told her to hang up, and she did. the worker hung up in the middle of my mom’s phone call!
extremely horrible service multiple times and when we reached out we were spoken to like animals. staff is rude, inattentive, and handles issues incredibly irresponsibly. wouldn’t order here if you actually want to eat your food.

Called about an order issue. After being informed that they gave my order to someone else, the employee refused to put the manager on the phone though I could hear her in the background. I was told that they don’t know how to refund my purchase and then the rude little girl hung up on me. I have called corporate and have had the issue escalated. They need better people working there if they wish to maintain a positive image with the community. Very unprofessional staff and management.

Was greeted with this for to go? They obviously didn’t want any body eating in lobby No smile. Rude as all get out. Restaurant is dirty. Drink dispenser is gross and barely had anything in it.

Pass on this Wendys. Dirtiest restaurant I have seen in some time. The doors and windows were dirty. The gal that waited on us barely spoke to us. The food was not Hot nor fresh.

All doors were locked at 11 am. Couldn’t get inside lobby saw several workers going in and out locking the door behind them. Only drive thru open and I sat for 30 mins waiting for just me and one other car. Service was rude. Seems like dying store that no one takes interest in.
Purchased a cinnamon pull a part for breakfast and it was so hard I couldn’t eat it. Terrible
Absolutely terrible I went on the 2nd of September 2024 at 5:00pm to get a spicy chicken sandwich; the lady failed to tell us they were out of lettuce until we got our sandwiches and then gave us an attitude; the spicy chicken was really stiff and the fries were cold. Everyone on this shift deserves to be fired; they aren’t worth paying at all. These people wonder why they don’t get paid more than 15 an hour?! Because you don’t care about your customers the managers should be ashamed of themselves to let this type of behavior continue. Be an adult and grow up.
