Dairy Queen is usually amazing. For sure. I mean I work fast food and it’s a very good experience.. but also having a good attitude when working is a good thing. It makes you feel good and others feel good. However This Dairy Queen in Tipton… everyone’s attitude is poor.. I went to Dairy Queen and got a blizzard of course.. usually they flip the blizzard upside down and if not then you get a free one next time… well… usually it’s not a big deal to me and I’ll mess around with it. There was a lady that wanted to give attitude about me saying “you didn’t flip that” with a casual smile and laugh. Anytime I go in there to pick up a mobile order they have very poor welcoming skills and always have snobby attitudes. DAIRY QUEEN can do better. The food is amazing though. Not complaining there.

My children and I frequent this location often. We wait long periods of time for our food and the last 3 times our orders have been wrong or incomplete making us have to park and come in. On todays trip inside the manager had a very bad attitude. Poor customer service.

The food is fine. (It's a dairy queen) Staff seem to get overwhelmed very easily if it's busy at all! If it's not busy, you usually get your food in 10 to 15 min. Maybe 30 min. if busy.

I ordered honey BBQ chicken strips and received regular chicken strips. I quickly checked my order before driving off since they didn’t read my order back to me and I let her know that it was wrong and handed back the chicken strips.She came back with my same basket and gave it to me. I drove off and later found that she had just poured a bunch of the honey BBQ sauce on top of the chicken strips that she originally got wrong. The tops were smothered in the sauce and the bottom of the pieces were dry.On top of that, the ranch dipping sauce was liquid, meaning they’re mixing it with water to thin it out. And the coke was flat.Idc if it’s a low-paying, short-staffed place. I also work in a low-paying, short-staffed place and do my best. They’re cutting corners here.

We decided to dine in. The food was hot and cooked perfectly( we asked for crispy fries). Staff was friendly and professional.

Don't expect the best service all the time. There is no ice cream shop feel at all, it's turned to just another fast food joint. And don't expect to pay in cash with anything above a $50 bill even if you order is $105.95, they will flat out refuse to take the $100 bill. Very inconvenient for people who prefer paying in
