I use to love Hardy’s, but last three visits not so much, found out why tonight. They offered what sounded incredible. A grilled cheese bacon burger, on grilled bread. When it was served , it was lukewarm, we found out policy is to simply microwave the burger, throw cold cheese on it, and two pieces of bread that came off the cold counter. Cheese wasn’t close to being melted, bacon was cold. A real disappointment, crew chief said that’s the way they are told to make them. Ouch, last stop ever at a Hardy’s.

Not a fan. But stuck here as a truck driver. New grill cheese burger. Thought give a chance. Asked for no bacon and fresh fries. Got to truck. Bacon was on it. Ok I pulled that off. Not a bad burger... but fries where COLD....

I haven't been to a Hardee's in years. I previously had bad experiences. This one was not. The young lady behind the counter was very nice, the place was clean and quiet, and she was patient while I tried to figure out what I wanted. I decided on the Frisco double. It was made quickly and was delicious. I remembered why I used to go. I still try not to eat out due to everything being expensive, but I would make an exception once in a while for that sandwich, as long as the service continues to be this good. This spot specifically is on my recommended list if you like burgers. This location is located inside a Love's Travel stop.

Waited 15 minutes on my food through the drive-through, but it was delivered to me waitress said be careful fries are hot not a chance opened up my Frisco burger cold, this is after a 13 hour day

Terrible ..... the food was cold. Fries were cold, hamburger was cold and the bun was so hard I couldn't eat it all. Place was clean and the woman who took my order was nice but the food needs work.

Nobody behind the counter for over 15 min. The gal at the drivethru window - after 10 min of standing there - said we will be with you shorty, mam. I was born a man & I don't dress like a woman! Then the gal that was standing outside smoking came back in. No napkins in the bag - none out for me to get. Real quality place!!!

Ordered 10 piece chicken finger i asked nicely to drop it fresh .. No problem I don't mind the is having to wait .. Big heavy set guy look like manager in front of me .thay made jokes with each other about freshness everything was okay till I got my food truck driver on the run

This restaurant should be closed and replaced with a restaurant that has great food. Both of the kids burgers were burnt and a very stale and hard buns. Couldn't even eat the burgers. A waste of time and money.
