this place is foul! The inside smells so bad it made me lose my appetite. I will never return to this place, it is so so dirty. Im not talking about food dirty, its dusty and just gross! Take a day off and clean your business~GROSS

Ordered a pancake breakfast today and they completely forgot my pancakes and only gave me a sausage patty and a biscuit. Then yesterday they forgot a breakfast sandwich too. They seem to be forgetting stuff a lot here lately and I don’t understand and it’s frustrating.

The lack of customer service is draining sometimes. I always try to be friendly and I dont complain when something is wrong every single time I go because things happen and they'll just be rude again. My last visit I was asked to go to the third window I said that's fine thank you and when I thanked the girl for handing me my food she moved her mouth but didnt say a word and looked up and away from me. Forget the smile I get that's asking too much but you cant even say you're welcome or have a good day? I used to be very regular but I really try to avoid going unless I have a strong craving for a soggy unseasoned bigmac.

I ordered 3 Breakfast burritos and a big breakfast meal with 2 Sausage patties, a biscuit, eggs and a hasbrown, had to ask for my drink and got home was ready to dig in to find out they robbed me of my money, got my burritos but the gave me 1 sausage like a quarter of an egg and 2 pancakes.

I order one breakfast platter with sausage and one without for my sister. They both came with sausage they forgot the syrups for those and both chocolate milks i paid for. Had to wait 20 minutes for our food to be brought out to us. And I’ve previously had ordered breakfast here and they told me they couldn’t make it and would give me a refund. They never gave me that refund. Overall just shitty work ethic at this store and they can never seem to get the orders right
