Fun place for anyone. Big Clean restrooms lots of space for handicap people. Great pizza and salad bar. Lots of menu options. Free parking. Upstairs bar with pool table and restrooms. Weekends only. Good prices. There is not a post review button until I type more out and it is so anoying.

I never visited prior to the renovation. But what a great job they did. This place is so inviting. My wife and I rode up here on a whim to check it out. Very modern. The atmosphere was wonderful and with the NFL playoffs on TV, it was very lively. My wife got the breaded chicken sandwich and I got the patty melt special. Both were wonderful. If you like french fries (who doesn't?) you will absolutely love these. They give you plenty.

The Shack catered our daughter's wedding reception and hit it out of the park! People are still asking about the food, where it was from, and how delicious it was! Jama was wonderful to work with- she made planning very simple; her staff was kind and helpful to our guest. Most importantly, they had everyone served and eating very efficiently. We had positive feedback from the DJ and event coordinator on how easy she was to work with and efficient. Would recommend them for any catering event, prices were very reasonable, and the service was again outstanding from everyone involved. Being from out of town, our only experience with the Shack prior to the reception was eating at the restaurant in Tipton, and the pizza is great too!! Now all our family and friends are familiar and had a great experience!

We recently placed a carry-out order for an event we hosted with about 20 guests, and everything turned out wonderfully! The entire process was smooth, efficient, and hassle-free. I called on a Tuesday, not realizing they were closed, but Jama, one of the owners, kindly answered my call. We were able to place our order without any issues—she even confirmed that it was received and would be ready by our specified date and time.
One of our guests had a gluten allergy, so we made sure to order a gluten-free pizza for her. She raved about how delicious it was and appreciated that they offered the gluten-free option. It was an extra $3.00, but definitely worth it given her allergy and the quality of the pizza.
Jama was very accommodating, tailoring the order to our needs and letting us know they were happy to make adjustments if necessary. We also ordered a large, custom-made salad at a great price, which was a fantastic value.
Our order was ready exactly when promised. While I wasn’t the one who picked it up, I heard the staff were friendly and welcoming. Everything was perfectly prepared and accounted for—no issues at all.
The Shack truly went above and beyond to meet our needs. From customizing the menu to accommodating dietary restrictions, they exceeded our expectations. We’re incredibly grateful for their excellent service and quality!
