I had the island heat smash burger, it was fantastic! I am glad I got to try it before the end of July! If it were on the menu I’d definitely be coming back for it every time! Please consider!

THE SHACK @ 311 E JEFFERSON STREET IN TIPTON IS SUCH A GREAT IMPROVEMENT FROM THE OLD PIZZA SHACK. THE DECOR IS VERY NICE ! YOU WOULD NOT BELEIVE IT WAS A OLD CHEVROLET- OLDSMOBILE DEALERSHIP IN A PRIOR LIFE. THE SALAD BAR IS DA BOMB. I PERSONALLY ENJOY THE DOUBLE SMASH BURGER OF THE MONTH. ONE EXTRA I REALLY ENJOY IS USING THE UPSTAIRS BAR AREA OVER THE OLD SHOWROOM FOR PRIVATE PARTIES. I HAVE HAD A GROUP UP STAIRS TWICE AND IT IS PERFECT FOR A WEEKNIGHT GATHERING. TO THE FOLKS FROM THE SHACK...BRETT AND JAMA...THANK YOU !

We really enjoyed a quiet evening at The Shack! We had the famous salad bar & ordered a large pizza but they do have the full pizza buffet on Friday nights now. Everything was delicious. Thank you for a great evening!

First visit and it won't be our last. The service was excellent considering one bartender was covering the entire room for both food and drinks. We were there during the music bingo and it was really fun. The food was great with the only negative comment was three of us had the meatloaf. It was very tasty but quite salty. Other than that, a great experience!

Decent, sit-down restaurant in Tipton. IN. Dining room is a little noisy. Many locals, typical pub-grub fair, with a few upscale specials and entree's. Nice salad bar, lunch and dinner only, with a large pizza collection, as well as the usual sandwiches. Good selection of side order vegetables to accompany dinner entree's.

Food was awesome! Thank you for bringing back the buffet on Friday nights. One thing I would suggest is check with your guest to make sure you know where they would like to be seated. Other than that it was great and will definitely be back!

Overall, our experience was fine. Our main issue was with our service. Our server was very nice, but seemed forgetful. She brought our drinks out, but forgot straws. She forgot my husband's drink. Some of our food was brought out much sooner than the rest. Our appetizer didn't arrive until after the first plates were set down. She took quite some time to come get our check. Again, she was very nice and very apologetic. Not quite sure what was going on or how much of it was in her control, but we did feel that the timeliness could have been better.
Took 10 minutes after we were seated for a server to come to our table for drink order. Pizza buffet was overpriced for the quality and selection. Salad buffet kind of pricey for salad only but the ingredients were very fresh.

I love the salad bar until I seen the girl cleaning it putting food back into the containers that people had dropped along the side of the bar. I went to front desk and talked to a manager about what I just saw. He immediately talked to the girl. But none of the containers were removed from the bar. Disappointing.

We have visited many times. Food has never disappointed. Tonight 2 at our table ordered the Prime Rib I highly recommend this it was delish! I got the mashed potatoes & Brussel sprouts both paired well with the prime rib.

11/2/24. Arrived at 4:30 when they advertise on Facebook they will begin serving prime rib. We were seated promptly, drink & food orders were taken. We were told prime rib would not be ready for 35 to 40 minutes, no problem. Husband was served a Sprite that was carbonated water, requested a replacement that was no better. Our waiter came out & told us they were out of prime rib & it would be 2 hours. Very disappointing experience, it's a one & done for us.
