I love this subway! I usually go at lunch time during the week days. My food is always correct and on time when I order on the app. They take special care of my messy sandwiches and double wrap them so I'm not stuck with soggy paper.

Went in to order some food. 3 young girls were working. Not one acknowledged me or said I will be right with you. 2 kept talking while one washed her hands and came to where I was. She never asked what I wanted. I told her the bread and the sandwich. Only question she asked was if I wanted cheese. Got to check out and said I wanted the meal. She didn't give me a cup so I asked for one. Then she was like Oh you wanted it as a meal. Horrible experience for $15 sandwich and chips.

Closed at 8:45 on Monday last week it was 8:30, then the employees just looked at me like they didn't care way to go tipton subway you should be proud

Could not order food. Employees just stand around and ignore customer.
I have to say they took good care of me and my granddaughter and the food was awesome. We'll grab some sandwiches to take home, but it's one of the best subways I've been in a long time. Great job guys and gals

Don't Know Specials Don't Even Know App Where QR Code Is For Scanning . Said Only Way Cld Use Specials Was To Order Online??? App Says Can Use In Store Or Pick Up 🤔 Plus Out Of Stock On Alot Of Things .. However The Subs Were Good Just $4 More Since Cldnt Use Deal On One Of Them
Old gentleman there is super rude and can’t handle a small crowd.
I ordered 3 footlongs and paid in the Subway App. The App said they would be done at 7:20pm, which was to early for me to pick up and I changed the time to 7:45. I arrived at 7:46 and was told they hadn't started my order, but on the rack for takeout there was an order that was to be picked up at 7:50pm. So I asked the 3 girls working there how could an order with a pick up time later than mine be done before mine. None of them answered me, I finally got my order at 7:56pm when they put it on the pick up shelf without telling me it was done. They were rude and talking with other girls there age that were ordering food. I try to support locally owned businesses but won't be going to subway for while. The owner can watch their video feed to verify my story.

The old guy at the counter was super rude. He sneezed without covering his mouth, but by that time I was too deep to just walk out. My sandwich also had the wrong cheese on it and none of the sweet onion sauce I wanted. Literally without that sauce there was no point in going to subway, I could have made that sandwich at home otherwise. Just get your shit together people.

I ordered 50.00 worth of product and added a tip. In the app it gives you the option to writer instructions. I have an onion allergy. I alway write that so they know to change their gloves. I am always polite and put a smiley face with a decent tip for accommodating me. I also always order the smashed avocado. It’s a 2.00 up charge. It’s never on my sandwich it always gets left off so I quote ordering it. There were some ladies that worked a few weeks ago that did so wonderful they even left me a note with a smiley face letting me know they made sure they took care of my allergy. Tonight not only did they rip me off again with the smashed avocado they put onions all over my sandwich and tang dressing that I did not order! The top of the order clearing says onion allergy so why would you put onions and ranch on a sandwich that asked for bacon cheese lettuce tomato and mayo!!! Never eating there again.

This subway normally operates significantly better than most. However, there is a young dude with a beard that is completely going to flush your business down the drain. This kid is the absolute worst when he makes sandwiches. He acts like he’s mad at the toppings when he puts them on the sandwich. This kid takes zero pride in the quality of work that he puts out and it is an embarrassment to the franchise owner of this business. The reason this feels so frustrating is because every other employee is extremely nice and friendly and takes pride and what they are doing. This guy stands out for all of the wrong reasons.

Great Subway location. Very clean, fresh veggies and meats. Everyone was very friendly. Kristen was awesome! I'll be back for sure! Keep up the great work!
