This was our first trip to The Mad Tap after hearing many good things about it. Excellent, attentive staff, great food, and great live music! We’ll be returning to enjoy the wonderful atmosphere!

The Mad Tap is a whole vibe, set in a beautiful historic building that gives it so much character. It has an easy, welcoming feel where people are genuinely friendly and you don’t feel rushed. The cocktail and beer selection is excellent, and the food is great. Pub fare and classic comfort food favorites are served along with some nice elevated dishes as specials. Great live music adds to the atmosphere and makes it a perfect place to relax, catch up with friends, and enjoy a good night out.

Food came out and the wings were completely cold. Nachos had been microwaved and the pork on them was over smoked, chips were soggy from the microwave. The meatballs were luke warm. Three sliders, one brisket that was over smoked and full of fat pieces and luke warm, 1 pork that was over smoked and luke warm, 1 chicken that was over smoked and luke warm. All of our food had one bite taken from each item. Waitress disappeared, never asked how things were, never offered a refill or another drink, never even saw her again. Absolutely a waste of money to not even eat any of our plates. Spend your money elsewhere.

We didn't order any food but their specialty drinks are themed and very good. We had the Mad Women and Gone Bad drinks
I had Multiple issues with service. Their keg blew and I got all foam and the bartender laughed it off so I said I would never come back there considering it is very expensive drinks. Tonight my wife and I came up for wings only to be told they only had potato salad left to serve. To top it off the owner goes to another bar trivia night because theirs failed. I will never go back into this bar and I’m sure it will end up like Market on Main.
