The Valpo location is amazing. Everyone is always in a good mood. I really enjoy going it makes day better. I go almost every single day the only times I do not go if it is extremely bad weather I love that they have so many sugar-free options.
While I enjoy the drinks, 15+ minutes in line is a very inefficient business model. It’s also an issue when their own employees say that the outside music is too loud that they cannot hear customer’s orders.
ICE ICE BABY
I asked for medium amount of ice in my drink and I got this. I did not notice until I got back home. Otherwise drink tastes great but this is my second time they over fill it with ice.
