The garlic knot appetizer was amazing, definitely get Alfredo sauce with it. Gyro meat was a little dry. Also tried the Philly cheese steak which was great. Definitely wil be back again.

My husband and I started out with garlic knots which were amazing! Then we both had the chicken parmesan which was amazing! Our waitress was very friendly and did an outstanding job! We will definitely be back.

Wasn't too noisy when I was there, but it has potential to be if busy enough. Had a thin crust cheese pizza. Cheese and sauce were great, crust was alright but I might just be underwhelmed with thin crust in general. The fried provolone appetizer was SO GOOD! I took a tzatziki platter appetizer home and had it for lunch the next day which was perfect. I'll definitely go again and try something else when I do. But will still get that provolone 🤤

We have been eating here semi regularly since the beginning. Dining in has always been a great experience. One of our out of state relatives can’t leave town anymore without at least one trip for a Deep dish. Now that being said don’t overlook Amici for your catering needs. We’ve ordered their trays of pasta, knots, chicken, and salad for several occasions. Today we had trays of pasta, knots and salad for a birthday party. This is the fourth year in a row we have used them for this. We order everything about a week in advance and let them know when we need it. When we get there to pick it up it’s always steaming hot and ready to go. They claim the trays will feed 10 people but we always have leftovers. The staff is always friendly, efficient and always helps carry everything to the truck. It’s the kind of service you can only find at a small family run business. Please continue with your great service, wonderful food and affordable prices.

Amici Grill and Pizzeria in Valparaiso offers a casual, clean atmosphere and quick service, but the food fell short of expectations. We waited just a few minutes for service, and our meals arrived in about 10 minutes, so efficiency was spot-on. However, the food itself left something to be desired.

I ordered the Ham and Cheese Hoagie with fries. While it was toasted, the bread lacked the golden-brown crispness I was hoping for—it just looked and tasted underwhelming. My wife’s meatball sandwich fared better visually, with a nicely browned (though slightly over-toasted) bread. Still, her sandwich, like mine, was just okay. Nothing memorable.

On the positive side, the restaurant was very clean, and prices were reasonable, but the food didn’t stand out enough to make me want to return.

This is one tasty pizza pie. The large is super large. Good crust to cheese with sausage ratio. Will definitely buy again.

Arrived at a fairly busy time and had to be added to the wait list- not a big deal and not a long wait either. The parkinglot can feel a bit small as well, but the service is amazing. Our waitress was attentive and did a good job checking in with us throughout the meal, our drinks were never empty. The pizza was absolutely delicious, and the garlic knots where great too. Definitely worth visiting imo!
