Applebee's Grill + Bar

It was Date Night and we recieved an Applebee's card for Christmas so we decided to cash in. I decided to start with a Cocktail it was a Berry Merry Colada, ( a pina colada with strawberry swirl) and an order of Mozzarella Sticks....Soooo Good!!! For our entrees we decided on Steak. I decided to get the Shrimp 'N' Parmesan Sirloin (medium rare) with Mashed Potatoes and a Squash Medley with Summer Squash and Zucchini. Everything was delicious but unfortunately my boyfriends order did not come out as perfect as mine did. My boyfriend ordered an 8oz.Top Sirlion (medium rare) with double Mashed Potatoes and it came out Raw. The outside was cooked but the inside was not. We Hate to complain but it was literally inedible. So we let our waitress know and she apologized and took it off the bill immediately. We ended up ordering him an order of Boneless Wings ( Honey BBQ) and they were perfect. I know accidents happen so we are not terribly upset and our waitress was an Absolute Rockstar who was juggling a few tables all at once and getting everyone what they needed. She was Incredible and did Everything she could to make it right!! Thank you!! We Appreciate You!!

Huge props to the manager tonight/Christmas Eve.
Unsure of her name but it was PACKED in here. There was a waiting list due to the volume.
I saw the manager serving food, taking drink orders, bussing tables, and dealing with some upset customers due to the wait. She was so friendly and calm. Props to her for leading her team in a stressful situation with so much calmness. Food was good per usual. Love stopping by here when I’m in town! Please recognize this woman!

I was pleasantly surprised by this Applebee's. I have been to another location and could tell there is a staffing problem. Not here! The server, Kristy, was pleasant and helpful. The food was delicious. We will definitely return!

Great drinks, our server was funny as well as helpful. Was bartending as well as being a waitress. Great boneless wings, I like the honey barbecue . Great for a date, or a good steak.

Walked in to place an order. I asked several women servers if there is anyone taking orders for carryout. RESPONSE: I’ll get someone - as I watched her(s) just go about their own business and not asking or sending anyone. They were just like zombies. One woman server just totally ignore my question passing me up.. and yes, I was kind about it. Ridiculous they’re all gathered there by the bar register. No teamwork at all.

Finally, I got somebody’s attention to take my order. As I’m waiting for my order - After all of this, a server named Sierra approached me and asked me if I would like a drink while I was waiting for my order with the genuine smile! Thank you Sierra for smoothing out such a negative output. You made a big difference.

Cold queso dip. Slow food service. Very slow. Waitress was nice. Waited over 30 minutes for lunch to be delivered to our table. It's not very busy in here either. Cold inside restaurant.

My friend and I go here and get the house salads two or three times a week. Well today they missed the mark. Had to send them back when they served us a plate of lettuce. ALSO while I was in the bathroom one of the cooks was in there using the bathroom and she ran out without washing her hands. I followed her out and seen her go in to the kitchen. That was enough grossness for one day. Wash you hands people. Completely unacceptable. That person should be removed

I hadn't gone to Applebee's in years and thought I would try the chicken fajita roll up again. It used to be delicious but not anymore. Terrible tasting meal! The tortilla was chewy and the chicken/ ingredients taste was horrible. The fries were greasy and reheated. I will never return. Don't waste your money! The staff was very nice that brought out my meal to my car.

It’s really good looking place. It was all clean and no issues whatsoever. We quite enjoyed the atmosphere and Lexi took care of our booth. Soft music low lights and they got a big bar as well.

10 minutes to just get drinks, waited over 40 minutes for our food and tge place was desolate. Unacceptable.

I got the spicy wings and celery i tried the wings it was spicy but good we drink the chocolate milk it was good and then this guy brought shrimp Alfredo and mozzarella sticks the sticks were good but cheesy the shrimp alfredo comes with chicken and pasta it was good with chicken though I love this place.
