I frequent here for lunch. Food is always good but they’re stingy with Arby’s sauce packets in the drive thru. Employees act like the packets come out of their pay or something. They give 1-2 and if you ask for more they’ll give 1 maybe 2 more.

I ordered delivery twenty minutes before closing on uber eats (not knowing they closed at 10) and the food was still fresh and my order is correct. Sorry by the way I didn't know the closing time.

Place was completely gross, windows were really dirty, floor was not cleaned at all, bathroom was so filthy. Food was horrible, my family member felt bad after eating there. Service was terrible and everyone working there wasn’t taking nothing seriously. Atmosphere terrible.

Had my husband pick me up food there, lady was extremely rude talking to him like he was stupid. If your gonna be rude & suck at your job then quit. I've been in customer service before, all you have to do is talk nicely & smile even if your having a bad day. It's not hard & makes the customer's day you can change their whole mood with just being nice. Do better or quit. Also seems like everyone has concerns with this arbys including someone getting FOOD POISONING which is no joke people can die from that & it's hell to deal with. It ain't hard to wash your hands when preparing food & to clean. Do yourself & your health and favor & goto a different arbys or Wendy's cause Wendy's always has great customers service:)
