Aurelio's Pizza of Valparaiso

I moved to Tampa, FL 10 years ago and I always bring back an Aurelio’s pizza for myself and coworkers. One of our newest employees, who is from Egypt, said it was the best pizza she ever tasted! Thank you Aurelio’s.

Dietary restrictions: My friend and coworker does not eat pork and I was happy that Aurelio’s makes meatless options.

Pizza was burnt… both the cashier and maybe the owner maybe the manager in the back argued it wasn’t burnt… like come on guys where is your customer service? $40 for burnt pizza, cute. Will be disputing the charge on the credit card since the pizza went straight to the trash because “there was nothing Aurelio’s could do to fix it”

my pizza wasn't cooked all the way

We ordered 3 pizzas for pickup and waited the time they said it would take for the to be complete. When we arrived they hadn’t started one of the pizzas. When asked why they said they “can’t” put spinach on the pizza without cheese because it would dry out.

When I asked they to put the spinach on after it came out of the oven, the gentleman said 3 time “I can’t put spinach on your pizza”.

We asked them to make the pizza without the spinach and when we get home we’ll put it on ourselves. They made him even madder.

Customer service is so rare lately and this location is one of the worsest.

The owner Eric Spillers decided that anchovies were no longer available as a side for reasons I was not able to figure out. Now you MUST get them on the pizza. If you want them as a side you have to order a whole separate pizza with no sauce or cheese and get them cooked. Anchovies are safe straight from the can. Eric's actions make zero sense.

Do not try to pay with cash. They do not carry change and have nothing informing customers of the fact before ordering.

Not that good.

Ordered a large pepperoni pizza with extra cheese on Saturday nightand when I got it home. It didn't look like a pizza, it looked like a burn victim. Cheese and pepperoni were dry and unappetizing and some of the slices were as thin as a cracker. I've had better frozen pizzas than that one. Was dissapointed because I've had your pizza before plenty of times and I know you guys can do better than this.

Absolutely ridiculous. We live about 5 miles away and a 9 minute drive yet they won't even deliver it to us. TERRIBLE buisness model!

Great service from employees, pizza and wings are also delicious! Will come back.

They didn't have an offer that my mother had eaten before. Manager offered to make it for her. I just ordered a personal pizza instead. Pizza was amazing. Love this pizza, just a little to expensive to eat often. Sometimes twice the cost of other pizzerias.
