stopped in after a day at the waterpark... was told it would be a "few" so we waited..... and waited.... the lady never said anything more to us. A dunkin employee said yea it will probably be an hour? I'm confused as to why it would take an hour to scoop some ice cream for us? I'm also confused as to how a "few" is 60 mins and not 2 to 3 mins. keep in mind we were the only ppl inside the building besides the workers. so im a little confused, but it's okay you lost the business and we will go else where next time as well.

I bought 2 small cake for fathers day. Paid over $55.00. For both. Very small cakes. They tasted old ( the cake inside) the cake was mostly the fatty whipped cream. Won't be back

Customer service is awful at this location. I understand teenagers/young adults think they have a lot of better things to do, but when you’re at work I imagine Baskin Robbin’s requires you to be helpful, and knowledgeable, and those are two things they are not here. They need adult supervision here for sure.

Before I start, I am only reviewing their donuts. With that said, I want to say that I will never get my donuts here again. Their filled donuts have only a trace amount of jelly or filling in them. Basically, you have paid for a plain donut. Their powder donut munchkins were stale. Not one ounce of softness there, very disappointing! I feel like they take no pride in their work. It is definitely not the way that Dunkin Donuts use to make them. I know that they now are not made fresh in every store but whoever took over the donut business for Dunkin Donuts have failed miserably. They need to go back and take some baking lessons! Won't be back!

Even though this Dunkin' basically a stone's throw away from me, I will go out of my way to get my coffee fix somewhere else. My order is very simple but somehow it ended up being wrong three consecutive times. Large iced coffee, cream and sugar, mocha shot and one Boston cream. Somehow y'all couldn't get it right. Also if there is a line in the morning...good luck getting to work on time. Never have had this happen at any other DD location.

They are not consistent with anything. One day your drink order might be okay and the next it's absolutely terrible. Not to mention the employees are rude and would rather hang out and talk to each other than do their jobs. The little blonde girl that works there is very unprofessional and rude. She slammed the drive thru window in my face after asking her to fix the drink that she messed up. There are plenty of other coffee shops around here that I would be happy to give my money to. The only hope for this Dunkin' is for the management to get a whole new staff and actually train them. Everyone else that complains about how inconsistent they are is 100% right.

Terrible 4 days in a row 4 wrong orders lengthy waits to always get it wrong. Final straw today they hand me hot coffee and lid comes off in my hand all over me all over my car Quit going to this location a year ago came back to this mess Unbelievable

Donuts are great the service is terrible. One girl named Bri should not be allowed to deal with costumers. I've dealt with her twice and both times she is horribly bothered to do her job!

They do not know how to make coffee at this Dunkin' Donuts. Several times my iced coffees have been pretty bad. I just deal with it normally and drink it anyway until I ordered a caramel frozen coffee today and it was literally undrinkable. First of all, it was liquid. Second of all, it tasted awful. So I go in and tell them it's not made right and she says, "What's wrong with it?" Then proceeds to tell me they ran out of ice but she thought it was fine anyway. Then she asks if I get them often. Um yes I do, they make them great at several other Dunkin' Donuts I go to. Needless to say, I got my money back. Before the door could close behind me she's saying I'm so sorry to the next person in line as if I was just a bother and the coffee was fine. I was shocked. Terrible customer service here all around. Go to another Dunkin' Donuts.

Not sure why they have a Baskin Robin attached to this location of DD. Asked for a plain waffle cone, they didn't have that. My choices were waffle cones dyed purple and blue or chocolate. Asked for chocolate ice cream, they were all out. 2 very basic requests of an ice cream shop and they couldn't accommodate. Definitely not the friendliest staff either.

Waited in a little long line this morning in the drive-up lane to get coffee and lattes. When I left with my order I tasted the lattes and they not hot. It seemed like they had been sitting out a while. Yuck! They were one step above cold and had to be microwaved. I usually frequent the store across town and never have a problem there. Wish they could make the drinks fresh AND hot!
