They started serving sandwiches. I got a New Yorker with corned beef and tomato soup. Absolutely the worst sandwich I’ve ever had. Soggy bread, cold meat, and cold soup. Do not recommend!

My batch of the small pretzels was over-salted. Once I picked off the salt they were fabulous all warm and like tiny pillows!!

Very disappointed! Dry hard day old pretzels. The employees bring there children to work. Two young children were behind the counter. I will never return!

We really enjoyed the big soft warm pretzels that they were serving. It’s a cute shop and kid friendly!!

The google location said they were open at 10:30PM. They lied. Good pretzels, but horrible google hours. Change them. Thanks.

the cashier Alejandra took my order with such attitude but was fine to the gentleman after me. while taking my order she rolled her eyes and was texting away not fully paying attention, slamming the door closed and huffed when i asked for my pretzel bites to be handed to me when my sons pizza came out. if you aren’t happy in customer service, don’t be in it.

Left near tears after absolutely horrible treatment by the “manager”. She was upset that my Autistic child turned off light( I immediately turned it back on and apologized) and was extremely rude and unfriendly to us when we ordered because of this. When I asked t speak to the manager she’s like “actually that’s me”. This was the absolute worst experience we have ever had at Ben’s ever and unfortunately it sounds like others are receiving the same terrible treatment from the same lady.

Pretzels were hard. YOUNG child was behind the counter by the food. Two girls did not want to be there. Not the best Ben's Pretzel we have been at. Really, the pretzel should have been thrown away.

A laughable staff, their customer service was terrible. The only reason i gave one star is because that’s what’s needed to write a review. There was one guy who was doing something, the other two cashiers were on their phone the whole time, even while taking my order talking about their tips for the night. There was also a child just behind the counter? I understand maybe a family owned business or maybe even having a baby sitter call off but the child was coughing walking around eating and playing on a phone behind the register where all of the food was it just seemed gross. On top of all of that the cashier (the older lady) made it seem like an inconvenience to take my order and then sent two other large family’s who would have spent a lot of money away because it was “almost time to close”. It had just turned 5pm and they close at 7pm so i really don’t understand why you would turn them away other than laziness.

my 2 little boys got a free coupon from locks of fun for a free pretzel stick, put my kids in the car with their grandma, and i ran in to get their free pretzels, which I've done before and also my mother and was denied service because children weren't present. Nowhere on the coupon does it say the children have to be present. Says "one coupon per person" and I couldn't even get the one, i was going to purchase more items as well. Both of my sons are autistic and do not like to go into new places, it was very cold today and they wanted to get into the car. I will not be going back, the two girls were very rude and it was uninviting. my boys always look forward to their pretzels after their haircuts.

Best pretzels in the Chicago Metro area!! So good! If you're on route 49 or route 30, stop by at Ben's pretzels because it is worth it!!

good food when they have it in stock but often times it seems like they're out of stuff

Got here at 1030 because that's the time they said they opened online. No hours on the store front. Waited for 20 minutes and noticed the only employee was outside taking a smoke break. Decided to go elsewhere.
