Their basic shakes like Vanilla or Chocolate are good. Their specialty shakes like pumpkin, strawberry, or etc are too chunky and will have you coughing afterwards. I guess it's cool they have a bathroom, but Their toilet paper is equivalent to sand paper.

Went in today with my son and infant daughter. There was a miscommunication between myself and the cashier that resulted in not having a combo added to one of the sandwiches. The store was quick to solve the problem. A bit later we had another issue with the sausage being burnt. I hated to even say anything because I had already had the issue with the combo but my son wasn’t going to eat the sandwich because it was burnt. The manager didn’t even hesitate and made him a fresh...

Love Buona Beef dining in or carry out. We love everything on the menu. Their Onion Rings are to die for. The grilled Chicken Sandwich is delicious. And of course, all of the Italian choices are excellent!!!!!
