The staff were very friendly but a little loud when they weren't assisting customers and were goofing off with each other. No big deal for me but might be for others. I saw the person in grill while I was ordering, and she seemed kind of sloppy and heavy-handed with the condiments. The Whoppers she was making were drenched in sauce! I didn't think much of it, having worked in a fast food place myself many years ago, until I got my food. There was ketchup all over the outside of the bun, making it very unpleasant to hold. Maybe she had the bun upside down, realized it after applying the ketchup, and flipped it over? The burger tasted off, and I could only eat part of it. My hands were an absolute mess, as there wasn't a clean way to eat it with all the ketchup in the wrong place, and there was way too much mayo. But the fries were fresh, hot, and tasted good.

Food and service is way better than the other location in town, but they don't post their lobby hours, so if you need somewhere to sit down, go to the bathrooms, or get drink refills after 9pm you're out of luck, they don't even post lobby hours on the door.

Super clean. There was an employee going around cleaning tables. Restrooms were clean. Employees friendly. Food was freshly made. Very well ran BK. I was impressed all around! To top it off, they have an indoor play place! I didn’t know they still existed!
