This is one of the better Burger Kings in Northwest Indiana. The staff is attentive and always prompt with their food. Sometimes the quality of the food is just okay (sloppy burgers put together, extra salty, not as fresh fries) but if you say something to management, they make it right.
For one of the few places in Northwest Indiana that have a play place left, this one is the best. However, my son said today it smelled awful and he was not wanting to play. Parents let their children run around barefoot, licking the play place equipment and a woman went to change a dirty diaper on the ground in the play area. Im not sure how often it is cleaned, but after our experience today, its sad to see a place that offers an indoor place for kids become another place that many parents won't bring their kids to. My son is older, (elementary age), and the amount of parents who don't watch their children was sad to see. I know that is not the restaurant's fault. However, the cleanliness of the play area is on the staff and management and it smelled and looked neglected today.

Ivvy ot Lilly assistant manager was extremely rude I asked for help with bk rewards she was short with me said it's not her problem that I have to call the line or something and said I'm wilden today she ruined my good experience but food and drive through was good

1/10/25.Wish I could say they Rule like they said to me through drive-thru speaker. Biscuit breakfast sandwich was mushy, scorching hot, bacon was black, hash browns were overdone, dry & old looking. Then I go to take a sip of my soft drink and the straw has a huge crack down the side of it leaking pop all over! Cmon BK do better please

Went through drive through and the lady handling the food kept putting her fingers in her mouth and picking at her teeth without washing her hands or anything on 12/30.beyond disgusting.
Charged me for the wrong meal twice in drive through. Absolute joke of a fast food restaurant. There were only 3 people in the line. Had to get refunded twice just to pay for the meal I wanted.
They only have kids working there and they looked too high to care about anything. Won't be returning

Just went through the drive thru and order a very sloppy chicken sandwich this was so bad and greasy couldn’t eat it anymore also asked for it to be cut in half , see this is exactly my point there service members don’t pay attention and see what you are sending out and look “ would you eat that , yuck gross this is on 555 Moreland in Valparaiso Shame on you all!

I went there last night and got home to two burgers that were made wrong cold mozzarella fries and no dipping sauce and I literally live 2 minutes away so didn't get cold in the car. So I called and talk to the manager I forget her name but she was nice she apologized she told me I could bring the receipt in and they would replace it. So I go in there tonight to get it replaced and I get home to eat my food and guess what my food was made wrong again. So I called back and talked to the manager named John who I gave my original receipt to and he didn't give it back he threw it away. He proceeds to call me a liar and tell me that I said nothing about cheese on my burgers. I paid for cheese to be on my burgers and I asked him to look at the receipt and he hung up on me. Terrible manager! Terrible food! I'll be calling back tomorrow to see about a refund.
