The employees here are always confused, and food is always cold despite the long wait times in drive thru. Staff including management is extremely rude to delivery services. Please do not order for delivery and spare your dashers the agony.

i’m a DoorDash delivery person I have five star ratings can I get high-priority pay and trips because I am a great delivery person. I keep my bag in my car cause I have a special strap that holds it. I was only getting paid five dollars for the order. The manager was a complete jerk and tell that he is a narcissistic POS he’s like do you have a bag I said yeah I have a bag that’s in the car he makes me go out and get it. I come in and get it and my body language was showing frustration. He says what is that a dance I said yeah I said it’s frustration. I don’t get paid enough for this. I told you I had a bag.! And then I proceeded to tell him I’m supposed to pick up this order by this time where is it at? Shouldn’t you have that ready? He says no I shouldn’t. I said you know what I don’t have time for this and gonna argue with a narcissistic DICtator! I am a mother of five kids, single mother at thats Trying to make money for Christmas. My children’s father died. Our family has been true a lot maybe if people Should just take someone’s word for what they say and be kind! The world is hard enough. Why are there people out there they just make it harder! Probably because they don’t have the struggles Others do that they are unaware of because they’re so wrapped up in their own world considerate of other people and theyre rude! This Burger King does not rule! I used to think that his manager was a funny guy He would tell jokes and be really cool if you’re a customer, but obviously, if you’re a worker, he’s a real jerk!!!!

This by far one of the best run bk I've ever been to very clean food was perfect staff was extremely friendly and helpful with the guest management kept moral up and complimented the staff on how good they where doing extremely well done job on this place and staffsomething to be very proud of theses

If I could do 0 stars I would. I order food and when I got the food it was extremely cold. I didnt get any ketchup nor napkins. As well as I got a frozen coke completely melted when I was charged for a large fountain coke drink. I am not pleased with the service I received. I tried to replace my item but I have to wait 24-48 hours for a response. Don't order from here

So I just got home and started to eat my Texas whopper that I ordered in the drive thru with my fiancé. A few bites in, I find a small clump of hair that I pulled out of my mouth. Now, I’ve eaten some nasty stuff while I served in the navy, and even just one small hair I probably could’ve looked past. But this whopper was basically wearing a wig. I thought somehow it was my fiancés hair, but her hair is blonde and this is way too dark to be hers. I never had a bad experience here but now I’ll never return to this location. You can keep the wigs in the back and off the sandwiches.
Says dining room closes at 9 but they closed it at 7 and rushed everyone out the door, on a Friday night. Placed a mobile order went through the drive thru waited 10 minutes at the speaker. Stuffed everything in one bag, the bag ripped when she gave it through the window and handed us a bag to rebag it ourselves.
