All the food is pre-made and 10 minutes get get one hamberger. As they build your burger they will zip it. Never seems to have enough help! They are out of Coke and Sprite today and I have observed this last month as well! Drinks are a big money maker so disappointing. Needs new management. Something is wrong here!

Went today, business was completely dead however the only 2 employees made this our best burger king experience yet, greeted with a smile and a welcome to Burger King, fantastic attitudes, my original thought was since it was completely empty we wouldn't have a great experience but was quickly proved different! We ordered the bacon Swiss chicken sandwich and some fries lemonade and a Whopper jr. Absolutely everything was made fresh and perfect the fries piping hot made to order the chicken sandwich was beyond expectations absolutely picture perfect the staff hearing about how happy we were went above and beyond to greet us ecstatic at our experience gloating there's only 2 old ladies working and they killed it on our order we will definitely try to time it out for this kind of service moving forward! Great job! The restaurant was clean and they were cleaning between making our food they kept busy despite no customers and there energy made this a great lunch!

I just wanted to say, I mobile ordered breakfast about 30 minutes before it ended cause I wasn’t sure I’d make it there in time, I didn’t, only because there was a line of people also getting breakfast last minute. By the time I got up to the window they were out of almost every breakfast item, even so, I believe her name tag said “Joanna”, made sure I got everything I ordered, and apologized way more than she had to for my wait time. I feel this Burger King gets very crappy reviews because people can’t wait an extra few minutes, not to mention they expect restaurant fresh food from a fast food place. These employees, although they are a little understaffed, always have made sure that I am happy before I leave the window. ❤️
Food is ALWAYS great here. Drive up staff is very nice. Speed is getting better, but I have never minded a wait, the Impossible Whopper and Mushroom Melt are worth it.
This location needs to shut down ASAP. Just read the reviews, you'll wait in line for 30 minutes and your order will still be wrong and cold! Do better or close end of story
