2 people in the place 1 person working ,fries cold,no drinks available, just shut the place down already. Broken windows, been broken for ateast 5 years maybe more ,total lack of energy with staff seems like a perfect place to build a jack in the box

Great spot to catch a quick good hot meal. I take my staff here often.
Waited 15 minutes in the drive thru. There were no other cars in the drive thru, and maybe 1-2 cars in the parking lot. Nobody ever said a word. I thought maybe the speaker was broken, so I tried to get someone's attention at the window, they looked at me, turned around and walked away. I'm not sure what the deal is with this location, but it's gotten worse and worse every time i attempt to give them my business. It sucks because chicken fries are one of my child's safe foods.

I went back and forth on whether to leave this review, but maybe it will educate other food service employees. I watched the food prep employee pass my fries to the employee bagging and then proceed to pull his phone out of his pocket, replace it, and go back to food prep station. I get that many people are attached to their phones, but I want to talk about the plethora of germs on cell phones such as feces. I politelt asked what I assumed was the manager if they were required to wear gloves, and she respectfully started to let me know about what is and is not a violation. I then stated I was only asking because your employee went from prepping and passing food to touching his cell phone and the amount of germs on cell phones. She did instruct the employee to get off his phone, but the point was to clean his hands after touching the phone. You all know all the places our cell phones go, and I prefer not to have my food handled by someone who may not understand the importance of washing your hands before going back to prepping food. Am I alone in this boat? I did not eat the food. The staff was really nice.

If I could rate this 0 stars I would. Went in there trying to order a drink, waited in line for 15 minutes to be ignored when trying to order. The worst service I have ever received in a restaurant, thanks to “Wendy” the so called “manager.” She takes all of her life problems out on her customers, like the fact she has no teeth. She is extremely rude, miserable, and she is also racist! I will leave a photo below of the great Wendy.
If I had known the chicken fries were going to be less than the length of my pinky, I would have gone somewhere else. My coke was borderline flat, and the "large fry" was barely filled; not that it matters due to the fries having no flavor other than salt. Do better Burger King.

Took over 2 minutes for the guy to get my order read back right at the speaker. Then after waiting almost 2 more minutes at the window they gave me the wrong sandwich. With NO cars in drive thru and no cars in the parking lot, they were not busy.

We were there an hour ago and went through the drive thru. The lady taking our order was kinda rude and we waited 8 mins or so for her to actually take the order. All we ordered was 2 lg onion rings and 2 diet cokes. We finally get to the window and she's still rude. The onion rings actually tasted horrible, not sure what they did to them, and she didn't even offer any sauces. We threw them our after only eating a few of them. Definitely will NOT be going back to this location.
