Look maybe my food is a lil colder than I want but they have a line and two maybe three people working! The food tastes better than McDonald's and the food cost a lot less. They are friendly and so Sweet!

I drove off to spend my time and money elsewhere.This, after they left me at the drive thru menu board for eight minutes while they pushed to get the folks out of the D.T. that had already ordered. As someone who worked for bk 25 years ago I know the manager was probably squaking about keeping the DT times down. So after I ordered and pulled up to the window to pay/get my food I waited another eight minutes give or take before finally saying phuck it I'll spend my money elsewhere without so much as anyone coming to the window. Just another place I'll be skipping at lunch time.

Wow 8 minutes to get my order taken then another 18 minutes as I waited for "fresh fries" and my Whopper sat there chilling on the ready bench. Not the BK experience I have enjoyed here for over 25 years. This place has 5 workers, a disengaged manager watching from her office and 1 car in drive thru.I miss the days when service meant something.
I just came from there. Waited in drive thru for 15 minutes. No one took our order. So I went inside and no one was there. Idk if there were any employees or not? Someone could have easily robbed that place! I will never go back!!

They need to work on accuracy of orders more. And speed of service can use more consistency but usually good for Burger King. And drive thru could use more room or reroutedUpdate: They have been doing a lot better on speed and accuracy of orders. Still room for improvement on certain aspects of preparation. They still need to improve drive thru. Also, could use improvement on janitorial duties.
