The worst Burger king ever. The managers are rude and the service is slow and if you use cast make sure you have exact change. No wonder burger king is always dead keep having people like that work there soon there will be no burger king in South Haven.. I think the managers need to realize it's just a fast food place customers always right and work in the fast food place you need to realize that but keep failing way to go.. do not recommend ever

The drive thru was over 30+ minutes for 5 cars. The whoppers were luke warm, but the meat was burnt crispy. I usually like whoppers from BK. No napkins, ripped bag, wrong drink. Definitely over-priced. The receipt was illegible, so I couldn't even use the survey to complain. Thus, my oulet on google review.

i went in the drive threw and ordered a double whopper i asked for no mustard just in case because i wasn’t sure what all came on it but they put add mustard so i told the nice lady who took my order make sure there is no mustard on it but the manger blew up screaming about how it doesn’t come with mustard and talking horrible about me blah blah blah mind you they kept the window open so i head everything the nice lady who handed my food apologized FOR HER MANAGER. very unprofessional by the manager.

Can't even get what you ordered nowadays. How do I order 2 chicken sandwiches plain and get 1 plain and the other one with everything plus pickle..... literally had 3 cars in the parking lot and still mess your order up. Try calling them as well and guess what for 30 mins straight "line busy" about the last time I go there or any other place around here.

We walked in and the person taking orders is yelling at the employees. Tells them to stop taking orders for 5 minutes and it ends up being 20 mi. Then she yells they should just close the store. I don't know who owns this franchise but they should take a look at whT is happening there.

This Burger King needs some help. I waited for a while before my order was taken. All I order is a whopper with cheese and 2 onion rings. It takes forever and when I get home I have a plain whopper with onion. What? The staff were throwing out curse words like no one was there. Very unprofessional and poor service.

It is 11:36 pm on a Friday night and this burger joint is already closed ! I cannot even call y’all “Burger King “ anymore! You don’t deserve the accreditation . Fast foods bad enough ! Y’all know if a patron needs food, it’s a necessity! Bad service , high price and closing early is just sad and disrespectful to loyal customer’s! I’m going to have to stop eating @ burger wannabes … thanks ~a hangry mother!

Dirtiest Burger King I’ve ever been to. Last time I was here they were serving the drinks from 2 liters and would only give us a half cup at a time. Would recommend staying away from here.
My experience, Managers and employees arguing and telling on each other as i come through the door. The server was handling the fries with no gloves. Assist manager took my order and never came back. Employee took her place with an attitude like it was my fault. All the tables are dirty. I advise both managers of my experience. I threw my food away. I left with no resolution .

As the staff was friendly and willing to help… this place is dirty!! From the restroom to the dinning to the place place… the tables in the play place where obviously not cleaned from the day before the high chairs are disgusting… just a shame… a good cleaning is needed

There was a Yong kid. He said his name was John. He was one of the best employees I've seen at this location. He was kind and updated us on everything. He was very respectful and made my kids happy. I'd recommend people here just from this interaction.
