Came here on Xmas (they were the only place open) and they were SLAMMED! The employees were so quick, and kind even when people were being short with them. Thank you SH Burger King employees!! I’m sorry you have to work on this holiday <3

Slowest burger king in NW indiana, sad used to love this place now takes for ever to even order and get food and now tired of being stolen from, I order the new rodeo double cheeseburger since it came out and everything it has 1 piece of cheese when picture and their menu online says 2 pieces of cheese.. gotta live paying for stuff you dont get

The best restaurant the women who work at 4 pm are so fast and friendly I live 5 minutes from the portage restaurant but I don’t mind taking 20 minutes to have my food fast and such a good service

Unlike the burger king on central ave in Portage, this location had consistently provided decent service and food quality. I feel like every FF restaurant is struggling for employees, so in that regard im really impressed that they haven't messed up my order.
This location also has a play place, but im not sure of the cleanliness or quality. There does seem to always be someone utilizing it when I pass through though.
Combo meals everywhere are a huge rip off, just get sandwiches. Right now they have the Rodeo Double Cheeseburger, i get 2 for $7.??, and it is much more food and cheaper than getting a combo.
When someone says they want a certain sauce, it would be nice if it actually made it in the bag. You guys also need to figure out the situation with sweet tea. Lost a meal deal because of that one. Some people don’t drink soda you know?

Service was okay, however the drive-thru speaker was almost unintelligible. Fries were warm and stale. The Whopper was barely okay. This store is hit or miss.

This place is dirty. I went at 745am on my way home from work and the floor was disgusting, the pop machine and the condiment counter is disgusting. There was pop dried up on the counter and the pop machine. French fries on the floor in front of the registers. Won't be coming back till this place is clean. Used to be the best burger king in the area but now its one of the dirtiest.
